I ordered a bouquet for my mother for her birthday. Well, her birthday came and went, and no flowers were delivered. I called Proflowers and they said they would redo the order with an "upgrade" at no extra charge and deliver them the following day. The flowers were indeed delivered the following day, but from the photo my mother sent of them, they were definitely not "upgraded" with anything extra. I paid quite a lot of money to have flowers delivered a day late. What's the point!

Flowers were not delivered on day indicated. My husband received call next day saying they would be sent the following week and they could give a $10 discount on next to rider or a refund. He asked for full refund. Flowers showed up 3 days later anyway frozen and dead. No refund has been given at this point

I've been ordering flowers from this company for years, I've used them because I get home late at night, and it's convenient. But this is the last time, they never get my order right nor is it ever on time. I always get a service representative who can't speak clear English. Again I should know better to use them. Do your self a favor, go to your local florist and order from them, you'll be so much happier.

I am past customer, ordered online, paid and all was ready. Next morning received E-mail confirming no problems, would deliver that AM. We were counting on this. 3 hours later, E-mail informed me unable to deliver, offered refund and 10 dollar credit if I cancelled, or deliver up to 3 days later with discount. Really spoiled our plans. Several calls it took to obtain promised refund. I will never trust them again,

If I could give 0 stars I could. I received a bouquet from my work for my grandma's funeral. The flowers are terrible! Half of them had to be thrown in the garbage because they are so wilted and brown. The half that survived are so small and pitiful it's pathetic. I've gotten better flowers at the supermarket. I outreached to customer service who barely spoke English and was no help at all. Would never recommend using this company.

Ordered flowers for a significant birthday and received confirmation that the delivery was completed on the day requested. It was not delivered. After several calls to Proflowers customer service the next day, I was told the flowers were out for delivery. The arrangement was finally delivered at 5pm a day late. No apologies. No service recovery. No more of my business

My grandma never got her arrangement, they promised to contact florist and have another sent out next day, I never got any follow email or confirmation. Once again it never got delivered. Call back they tell me they will send a 3rd attempt, I refuse it I will not put myself through this and they don't have a claims department to actually see that there drivers are not doing there job. Just a "it wasn't delivered " now some random person gets a free gift that's doesn't belong to them! They did not even offer to go back to wrong location and pick up the flowers

Ordered a $75 plant as a gift. It came without any instructions, which were promised; plant fell out of it's casing and was dangling by its roots. I complained and was told someone would get back to me. Never heard from them. I received a survey to rate their service and was asked if I wanted someone to contact me. I did. Never heard from them. We managed to resurrect the plant, no thanks to ProFlowers. You can bet we will never order again.

Do not use this company. I paid a large sum for flowers and expedited delivery for a sympathy gift. It took two weeks for the delivery to arrive. The flowers were small and almost dead. I paid for the largest deluxe size of hydrangeas. Looked like something you would get on clearance at lowes or home depot. Poor quality, not what was ordered, not delivered in a timely manner and customer service department is a. Joke. I will never use proflowers ever again. Do not waste your money!

I ordered an expensive bouquet of flowers for my moms bday that was supposed to include hydrangeas and roses and a beautiful honey comb vase (the reason I chose this bouquet, because my mom would have loved the honey comb design). It did not come with the vase or hydrangeas (which were replaced by cheaper looking flowers). I hate to complain but I wouldn't want anyone else get less than what you paid for especially when it's supposed to be a special gift for an important person in your life.

Absolutely horrible service. 4 calls to customer care. 3 escalated to a supervisor. I was lied to multiple times by both the agents and supervisor. No one at pro flowers cared how important these flowers were for a family members death due to Covid19. They waited til the day of delivery at 1:30pm to notify me that the couldn't deliver. 5 days after I placed the order. They lied multiple times saying that they would redeliver. ProFlowers does not care about you or your loved ones.

My daughter ordered me tulips for Mother's Day. They arrived almost dead. I called and requested a new delivery. It never came. Had to call again. Hopefully this time I will get my flowers and in "good" condition.

My son and daughter-in-law ordered Mothers Day flowers for me. When they arrived, the vase was smashed to smithereens and the roses were already in full bloom. I followed the directions exactly, using the preservative included and changed the water and preservative 3 days later as directed. The flowers were wilting within 3 days of receiving them. Also, my son said the bouquet was not what he ordered. There were half as many roses as there were supposed to be. Here's a photo taken today. 3 days past Mothers Day.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers a week in advance, to arrive on Friday. The Thursday before Mother's Day, Proflowers sent an email that the flowers had shipped... from Columbia (the country). Took until Monday to arrive, and the flowers were wilted. Impossible to chat or email them, and if you call, you're put on hold forever. I have yet to find an efficient way to actually contact this company. So I am leaving 1-star reviews on other websites now.

Never again will I use Pro Flowers for any occasion or event to which I want to send flowers. I rate the customer service below 0 Stars! The worst that I ever experienced. My flowers were not delivered on the day scheduled, and I only found out because the recipient contacted me. They do not contact you if your order is not filled, or if a florist does not have what you selected, nor do they give you any options. Plus, you can not track your order.

88 Year old mother quarantined for two months. Order $100 Mothers Day arrangement. They deliver to the wrong house and just leave them on the porch in 25 degree weather. Neighbor comes home, finds them and brings them over. Frozen solid and dead. Sad Mom. First time I did not use a local florist. Last time. These people only care about collecting the $$$, people, employees, customers do not matter. Just bill and collect. Let's get back to supporting our local providers and put these people out of business.

First, I received an email stating that the flowers were shipped without the vase I ordered. Second, my mother received 2 dozen rotten, wilted, dead roses. One bud was broken off the stem. During this pandemic we are all currently a hostage of, 24 beautiful roses would certainly brighten an elderly woman that hasn't left her house in 6 weeks day, right? But NO... thank you ProFlowers for sending my mother DEAD flowers for Mother's Day! To the moron that thought that THOSE particular flowers were perfect and proceeded to place them in the box for shipment, get another job... or get your eyes checked. Or simply ask yourself, "would these roses be nice enough for my mother"? If your answer is yes, you either hate your mother, your mother is Joan Crawford or perhaps she just has poor eyesight. NEVER again will I buy from ProFlowers... I'll hand pick dandelions and strap them to a homing pigeon as I'm certain they'd arrive in better condition.

I can't even give this a one star. Over half the flowers were already spent. Leaves were falling off and evidence of bugs eating on the leaves. The 5 roses will not last until Mothers Day which is in 2 days. The vase was not even half full and it look like a two year old put it together. A two year old probably would have done a better job. It is shameful that this company is still in business.

I bought flowers 10 days in advance for Mother's Day and I paid $90, even extra so that it would be "more full and bountiful" and what my mom got was a joke. Looks absolutely nothing like the picture, and some of the flowers aren't even in bloom yet. Seriously, I could have made this bouquet by hand, or even had my 4 year old cousin do it and he would have managed something better than this. STAY AWAY. I attached photos of what I paid for, and what I actually got. Ridiculous.

My wife got flowers from our son for Mother's Day today. The flowers are very disappointing, wilted, stem broken off and dried out flowers. She called to complain and spent 35 minutes on the phone before being told to call back in an hour. On the second call, she was told he couldn't find the order number. When told the number was there an hour ago he found the order number. The only offer was to refund 20% of the cost. Poor product and poor services.

DO NOT order from Pro flowers. A patient of my mothers sent her a bouquet of tulips, and they arrived wilted, damaged, crushed, and completely ruined. I emailed them countless times, and no one ever replied. I finally called and spoke to their HORRIBLE customer service representatives, who said they would refund the sender and send us (the recipients) new flowers. This never happened. I am so disappointed by pro flowers, my mom's patient spent a bundle on these for them to come out to us like absolute crap. I feel awful he wasted his money and time, and that their customer service couldn't care less to even reply or refund.

Sent flowers to my to brighten her day on the anniversary of something really horrible. Ordered them 3 weeks in advance. She started working from home so I changed delivery location. Sent to previous location and left in a hallway. Arrangement looked like it had been dropped and rearranged. Horrible service. Asked for replacement and it never happened.

Ordered a bouquet of roses for my daughter on Valentine's Day. They wilted within two days of arrival. When I contacted pro flowers they promised to redeliver so I rescheduled. Nothing was delivered.Their excuse was that they were no longer delivering that arrangement in Madison Wisconsin. I have contacted them again to find out when the replacement delivery will be but they are ignoring me.
