I ordered same day delivery for flowers to be waiting for my mom following emergency surgery - paid the additional service fee too. I was told I'd recieve an email when they were delivered. At 6:20PM I called because I hadnt recieved an update, only to learn that the local florist had none of the materials for the bouquet. It's ridiculous that I had to call them to find out and then they didnt even offer to refund my same day delivery fee - they only offered to have something else delivered the following day. What a joke. I'll never use thier services again.

After sending my wife a junky, half dead arrangement for mother's day, Proflowers canceled my mother's arrangement because they were too busy! Actually, given the awful quality of my wife's, it was for the better. I will never use them again.

Avoid this company like the plague they are. They are very happy to charge convenience fees and additional delivery charges and then do nothing. The flowers were due to arrive on Valentines day. Instead I got to show my wife a photo of the flowers she should have received. Lucky her. Three emails to the email address supplied have gone unanswered, probably because everyone in the Indian call center they use is busy butchering any concept of the actual phrase "customer service" . Climbing the fence into the nearest garden center at 4 am with a flashlight and some wire cutters would give you far better results.

Absolutely horrible company and service! Very expensive and service sucks! I paid extra to have a birthday arrangement delivered next day and it never showed up. Customer Service is horrible, can't understand them and sounds like it is coming from another country. What I could make out the girl sounded like she was in her car with the window open or outside somewhere. I received a whopping $5 credit for my trouble and still no delivery two days later. I could have gotten this order 50% cheaper from 800Flowers and guaranteed delivery. I will NEVER use them again and will NOT recommend them! Do yourself a favor and use 800Flowers

This is about the third time in as many orders that I have placed and I can assure you that I will never use them again. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my anniversary. The flowers were ordered nearly a week in advanced and paid for. Come the date of delivery, no delivery was made. Since this was a Saturday, I had to wait until Monday to call for assistance. Calling on Monday provide a very frustrating experience. They kept telling me that the information I was providing about the billing account was inaccurate and I told them that I was not sure what the issue was, but that they had no issue with taking the money from my bank account. After about 20 minutes, three requests to speak with a supervisor - all denied, they said they had contacted the Florist and the delivery would be made by 3:00 PM. I arrive at 6:00 PM and still no flowers. Call again, and they are again terribly sorry but my name does not match what is shown on the account, so I went through the same story again, and again, they said they are so sorry and they would contact the Florist to have the flowers delivered. Is it so hard to ensure that the product is delivered. I have no idea what the product will look like once it arrives, if it ever does, but I can assure you I will never, ever place an order with them again. Oh and by the way, I asked for the address of the company and the CEO and the customer service said they were not allowed to give out this information. Someone explain that one to me, cause I have no idea why a customer service agent could not provide an address to send correspondence to, but I guess when you outsource customer service that is what you get. You certainly do not get what you paid for!!!!

From You Flowers didn't deliver my moms flowers on Saturday before Mother's Day. This was due to them unable to reach my mom due to the phone# was typed incorrectly. They delivered my moms beautiful bouquet on Tuesday and gave me a full refund. I thought this was amazing and I will be ordering in the future. My apology to the manager for my F-Bombs over the phone, truly sorry.

I ordered 2 dozen rainbow roses. I got 11 roses, wilted and ugly. The prize; one decapitated rose bud, completely smashed and had obviously been flopping around the packing box. What a joke this place is. Now I have to go to the florist, last minute, and pay out my a$$. Thanks a lot, pro-flowers, you suck!

I setup scheduled delivery on 02/14 but my order delay to 2/15 , missing take valentine day's and quality flower so bad , I never buy here , I feel disappointed and I email for them but they didn't answer or sorry me .

I ordered flowers, vase and dipped fruit for my sisters birthday over 12 days in advance. They were to be delivered the day before her birthday as they do not deliver on Saturdays. Well, she has not received them and it is the day after her birthday. They also delivered a plant to my mother for mother's day plant a week late and it was her last mother's day before she died.if you want flowers on time for special occasions do not use pro flowers

I am a returning customer, tried several times to purchase flowers. Selected flowers at a specified price, went to check out., price increased by over 30% WATCH OUT! Called Customer Service, what a joke, some day maybe they will use agents who speak English! I have used ProFlowers for several years. I will never order again! Real Scam!

I placed an order and they sent the wrong flowers. I was told they would send another bouquet or issue me a store credit. I tried to place an order today, and no credit on my account. After 1 hour of being transferred to 5 different individuals and being hung up on twice I still have no resolution and not very happy! DO NOT order from this company !

I ordered the smiles and sunshine deluxe. Supposed to cost 39.99. Was charged 59.99 which is the next size up. The first picture shows what I got. The second one what I paid for. Very embarrassing to have sent this as a gift.

I ordered the tabletop Rosemary Christmas Tree on 12/09/2018 to have it for 12/13/1018 and as of 12/16/2018, 3:15pm, have not received it yet. Disappointed. Delivery charge, plus a separate shipping and handling fee are too high.

I ordered flowers for my wife birthday 12 days in advance. A day before the delivery day I received a notification that the "gift is on its way." When on the next day close to 8 pm the bouquet did not arrive, I called ProFlowers. I was told that they did not know the arrival time and could not connect to the delivery service. The flowers never arrived.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to have the product delivered on time. I wasn't able to contact them by phone even though it was a local shop. They might have a good product, I was just unable to reach them. They could have been closed for vacation too.

On April 24, 2018 I ordered 3 flower arrangements for a friends mom, my mom and my mother-in-law, to be delivered on Friday, May 11, 2018. My friends moms flowers were delivered on Friday, May 12, 2018, but included a card that wasnt from me, she had no idea who the flowers were from.
My mother-in-laws flowers also showed up on Friday, May 11, 2018, however, her flowers were completely wilted, and there wernt even enough flowers to make the arrangement look like the one I purchased.
Then there are the flowers I ordered for my mother, which were also supposed to be delivered on Friday, May 11, 2018. Mind you my moms flowers were going to the same town as my mother-in-laws, just down the street from each other. My mothers flowers somehow never ended up making onto the UPS truck in Ontario, CA on the morning of Friday, May11, 2018. The tracking information on her flowers was updated to be delivered on Monday, May 14, 2018.
Well, at this point I was livid! I called ProFlowers and spoke with customer service representative, Kevin. Kevin apologized for the inconvenience and offered to have something nice of equal value delivered to my mother the next day, Saturday, May 12, 2018. He offered to send my mother, free of charge, 100 Blooms of Peruvian Lilies with chocolates, a spa kit and Bloom Refresh, which is another 100 Blooms to arrive 12 days later. This arrangement was so ugly, but I told him fine, just send it. Well, Saturday came and went, and my mother still had no Mothers Day flowers. What a surprise, ProFlowers once again didnt come through.
So on Monday, May 14, 2018 I received an email from ProFlowers letting me know that the delivery date on my mothers original flower arrangement had been updated to be delivered on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Besides the fact that my mother had to suddenly leave the state to attend to her father, I was now pissed that these flowers, which I knew had to be dead by now from the heat, were again delayed.
I immediately got on the phone, once again to ProFlowers and spoke to some woman who sounded like she was from Iran. She pretended to be in shock at the error upon error on each arrangement that I ordered. After this entire phone call, that I had to keep saying, Im sorry what did you say, I cant understand you, I received a refund for my mother and mother-in-laws flowers.
Tuesday, May 15, 2018 I receive the email from ProFlowers that mothers flowers have been delivered. So I call my dad and say, So I was just notified that moms dead flowers just arrived. He was just opening the box as I called. He said the flowers themselves were very nice, but the stems were so rotten and smelled so bad that he had to throw them away!
Please save yourself the trouble and just order from your local flower shop. At least this way you know what youre getting, and that your order will arrive.
Lets ban together and boycott ProFlowers and put them out of business!

Ordered flowers for mothers day. Ordered 3 days early for the day before mothers day guaranteed delivery. Signed up for tracking so I would know when she got them. Got a test that said EXCEPTION unable to deliver because person not home. I immediately contacted my mother. She had been home all day. I called customer service and they apologized and said the soonest they could deliver them would be 2 days after mothers day. By this time the flowers would have been 5 days old. I don't believe this company ever had intentions on delivering them on time, they were overloaded and instead of saying they could not do it, they lied and said they would be on time to make the sale. I will never use this company again.

Ordered flower for girlfriends birthday scheduled delivery birthday. delivery day comes and goes. No flowers. no email with problem. Next day email saying delivery that day. Day comes & day goes. Next day, I get email saying delivery that day. By then I had enough called and then after call email with still un-happy results They said package got damage original delivery day and they sent out new order to be delivery for two day later.
Why wasn't someone telling me problems and then since not my fault why not Overnight-ed to fix problem. They say sorry we'll refund shipping cost only. No reduction in flowers, no reduction in there handling fee, no discount on future order. & from call and email I sent no one care for my business.

My husband and son sent me an arrangement early for Mother's Day. The flowers were completely wilted, petal falling off as I was putting them in water! Most of the so-called greenery was completed wilted. This is an absolute joke. This is the 2nd time in 1 month that I have received flowers from Pro Flowers - both times, right out of the box they were wilted! Do not even use this company....utter waste.
