I tell them I had done this before and all they are doing is getting more money from us. They write back:

It is not our fault. There were many people mining at the same time.
The 7.5 btc is inside your reserve generated when you sent payment and can only be deposited automatically after you send the 0.0211 btc miners fee.
If you cannot send the 0.0211 btc, you are entitle for refund of your 0.025 btc.
Our software is real and working for many.
This extra charge is due to the huge number of people using the software at a time.
If you want refund, send me your btc address.
