Seems sketchy to me. I wanted to purchase some earbuds and was chatting with customer service. The customer service rep said they have a new website and that he would advise when it becomes active (he said midnight). This was 4 days ago! He also said for the inconvenience he would give me a 'huge coupon code'. Again I haven't heard anything back from customer service. I doubt you would get any help if you have any problems with your order.
