Bought two Royal Headphones at Fashion Mall in Las Vegas. After the initial charge neither would work or take a charge. Was told there was a year warranty. Tried calling them in Las Vegas and never could get through. Fashion Mall office was no help.

I bought one of their iPhone power charging cases while in Las Vegas and all of a sudden now when I plug in my phone to charge the iPhone cord thing doesn’t stay all the way in. And I dropped it ONCE and it got all these noticeable scrapes on it. The site has NO CONTACT information and no way to get a replacement when fucking Moses said I could just contact them if anything happened.
