I thought the service was very good. My only complaint is that for each thing the the test tests for should have a stated time of incubation of any disease. I say this because in my case, as soon as I was told by my ex that she had something I rushed to get tested. I came back clean, but I took the test 14 weeks too soon. If I hadn’t been thorough I would’ve thought I was clean and could have spread something to another person.

I paid for expedited shipping and was informed it would still take 2-5 days for the results. The results took 5 days and it was not until 8pm on the 5th day they were received. The results were also wrong. I took a formal blood test and it gave opposite indications.
