Bought refillable cartridges so when my sample cartridges ran low I had new ones. Well 2 months went by and it was time. Low and behold PRINTPAYLESS junk won't work. No phone # ( SCAM ALERT ) No phone # means no service, you can take that to their bank.
Emailed customer ( PISS OFF ) service, response "PLEASE SEND PICTURES" really!!!! Two days later its that comcast crap of HOLD THEM IN THE AIR, NOW SPIN AROUND "TWICE" now try them. STILL JUNK, Emialed again, their response is ONLY 30 DAY WARRANTY, on print chips !!!!!! I wasn't aware there was a expiration date on cartridge chips. FRICKEN THIEVES
