CHECK COMPANIES HOUSE BEFORE ORDERING. I paid them £575 for books which have never arrived, having paid them £575. They will give you endless promises but won't supply. They are presently under investigation. My solicitor will be taking the company's owner/s to court in the near future. I'm also waiting to hear back from Trading Standards about other complaints to see what can be done. Companies House states that the company (Company number 11041172) has ceased trading, however their website is still active?

Paid for the book to be printed and they said it'd arrive before Christmas. It didn't. When it came, there was no front cover. I emailed them about this and sent pictures - they said they'd send another book. It has been a month and I haven't received the amended book. Now they won't reply to my emails.

Customer service for book printing is extremely important and if you want a reliable service for printing something you've put time and effort in, don't order with these people.
