They do anything they can not to refund you when orders get lost. They claim that print providers need to have 98% success rate to be there, but out of 8 international order for laptop sleeves 8 got lost and had to wait ages to get my money back (well past a month) and im still missing 2 refunds. Printify has ghosted me, ignoring my messages about this, and have removed the "CHAT" icon from their website so i cant get back in touch with them unless i open a new issue.

Had the Absolute worst experience with this company. Took WEEKS for orders to process and got no updates. Tried to reorder products because they showed a “has issues” alert and no one could respond to my emails to tell me what that meant. Then after reordering those orders magically processed as well so now I’m stuck paying double. No one emails back. Customers are angry, understandably, because they ordered weeks ago for Father’s Day and haven’t received their products yet. And I don’t know what to tell them because production time is supposed to be 2 days but it’s taken weeks. Once I cut these losses I will definitely be canceling. Such a same. I put in weeks of work to create my store just to have it ruined by the unprofessionalism and awful customer service or this company. Worst part is I still can’t get a response. Getting left in the dark by a company that LIES and Deceives its customers is not okay. Will be trying printful I guess I’ve heard better things but still kind of nervous due to this awful first experience. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY!

Where do I begin with this service. So when I started my online shop I began using Prinftul, and loved their customer service, quality of products, and pretty much everything from website and mockup to overall support. I came across Printify a few months later and instantly fell in love with their stock of items that far exceeded that of Printful's. Perhaps naively, I went full swing, created items with Printify and launched a few new items to my shop thinking that the process would be as intuitive and easy as Prinftul was. Boy was I wrong.
One of my first three orders synced incorrectly from Wix into Printify's system. Not thinking to double check, I immediately approved the order for fulfillment since I have never had a sync error occur with Printful and was trusting that Printify would be much the same. However, I double checked the order only after hitting submit and realized that the order was incorrect. I immediately (and I mean within five minutes of submitting) sent in a cancel order ticket to Printify thinking that it would be immediately canceled and I could just restart the order, but that was nowhere near correct.
Instead, the order sat as "pending" for two days and I never heard back from customer service despite sending in two tickets and also emailing them. It wasn't until I went onto their Facebook page and demanded answers from them there that they were able to address the issue. Turns out however, they could not contact the manufacturer of the shirt FOR THREE DAYS and left me with no response. I would email them daily for answers and they would not be able to answer why I have not heard back about the status of my order. It wasn't until over a week later that I emailed again and they got back to me stating that they did hear back from the manufacturer and they donated the misprinted items (which I told them not to do and to send to me instead), and that the order was now cancelled. Also, they only told me this because I reached out to them several times, and never once reached out to me with what the provider had said.
I told them I demanded a full refund for the order since the issues were entirely due to their lack of response to my tickets as well as the manufacturers inability to contact Printify. I also stated that I wanted expedited production and shipping on this order since they had delayed it for over a week now and they said I not only would not be getting a refund, but that they would not expedite the order. I had to fight them for the refund, and they only issued it because of them improperly donating the items, instead of them accepting blame and responsibility for the entire hassle surrounding it.
Then, a few days later I had another customer receive his order. He ordered two of the exact same colored shirt, with the same exact print and sizing. His ordered contained one shirt that was correctly as he ordered, and a second shirt that was not even one from my shop. How they managed to screw this order up is honestly beyond me. I have put in a ticket for this order, but don't really expect to hear back from them soon with any fixes. I also went to their Facebook page to report the issue since they seem to prioritize customer service there over both their ticketing system AND email customer support.
So, although I wish Printify had been the print provider that Printful is, it clearly is not. They blame their lack of response and manufacturing errors on COVID-19, but it is very obvious that even without COVID, they still have very poor systems in place for shop owners and our customers. I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from their services, and I cannot wait to wrap up my new product line so that I can cut my losses with this company.

Do not trust this print on demand service..
The print providers are scammers and printify enables their scam then takes no ownership.
On printify mylockers production times said 2 days when I ordered. Now exactly 7 days since I have ordered and there is no movement on my orders.
However if I went to order a tshirt now it says 1.21 days which is surely impossible right? The expected production time gets less but her I am waiting 7 days for 2 separate orders to move.
As I said. Printify enables this scam. They are in control of the estimated production times..
I have tried contacting them, mylocker and customcat who is the people that run the mylocker division on printify according to mylocker..
But here we are days later and no replies.
I've tried Facebook, Twitter, help centere and have no luck.
Screws this company

Horrible customer service, they mess up your orders and take no ownership. They response to your emails two weeks later. DO NOT recommend this vendor. I will slowly be moving my business to other vendors. I build my whole business with this site and now will need to restart.

After committing with them for 3 years I have to say I am very disappointed, this platform is not Merchant First.
They don't care about the trouble they will cause to your business, they constantly make changes on design placements, add and remove colors, change prices, which will add tons of work all the time
During the covid crisis, delays have goes up to 20 days, which I can understand. We had many bad reviews and refund requests -> They did not support us on any of the full/partial refunds we had to do for our customers, they just said that "it is not their fault".
So when you do a sell you give a large part of it to them but still they will never be business partners, they will defend their interest at all time.

I have been using Printify for over a year, and I'm at my wit's end. While *most of the time* their customer service people are nice and helpful, the fact of the matter is I have to contact them literally EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Often I have multiple issues I have to contact them about EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I also use Printful for some of my products, and I only have to contact them once in a blue moon! But Printify??? Literally EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
It's hard enough running a business on your own, I work from the time I get up until the time I go to bed, but having to *constantly* micromanage all of my orders on Printify is just staggeringly annoying and time consuming, and it shouldn't have to be that way!!! If I wasn't stuck with my shop being so integrated with them and/or if there were a better alternative, I would leave in half a second.
All of the POD companies seem to have issues, and I only put up with Printify because of their pricing. Printful is definitely 10 billion times better at managing their whole process (because it's all done in house -- Printify is a middleman), but Printful is also way, way more expensive, which would make me have to significantly increase my pricing. I guess the old adage is true - "You get what you pay for."

I have started my etsy store with Printify as recommended by a Youtuber. I have never tried their services before but I guessed it would be not bad since the youtuber highly recommend the platform. I notice something was not right after my first order as it took so long and yet to deliver since 1st Apr. I'm still waiting. I quickly switch to Printful and their service is so good and reliable. I understand COVID-19 has caused delayed and many problems to everyone. But, it is not an excuse to lie to us. They are not very transparent about their operations. Knowing there will be delayed on the production and shipping due to COVID-19, I try to make it a habit to check my order with supplier more often to ensure my order is on track. On the 5th day of my order sent to production, I contacted customer support to check on the order status because there was no update on my account. I was told my order need 7-14 days for production. I can understand it was tough time and everyone needs to work extra hard to get things done, so I just explained everything to my customer that there will be delayed and what is the timeline like. Until the 13th day, I did not see any status update for my order, I decided to check with customer service again on live chat. They got back to me 2 days later that all orders taking up to 16 days for production. The first thing came to my mind was how come? It wasn't a new order, it was order sent to them on 23 Apr. I have been waiting since 20 days ago as I'm writing now, they should have enough time to clear the queue since the production line is still working. But there wasn't any update until today. They told me my order is expected to be produced by the 22th of May at the very latest. They offered me to cancel the order if I do not want to wait. But the problem here is not just about money, my customer and I have been waiting in patient. The delayed is way longer than what we expect. We won't have such a big disappointment if Printify has taken the initiative to be transparent about their operations. It's about the reputation for my store and my customer's expectation. If Printify know they are not able to deliver the order in the first place, why are they still proceed to deduct payment from my credit card? Why they did not come clean to me and offer refund during my first request? We have come this far now, how would you feel if I cancel your oder and refund back to you? To me, they are very irresponsible, unreliable, not organised and not sincere in doing business at all. A few days later, I received email from Printify to invite me to join their affiliate program. Then only I understand why their service so bad yet people promote their platform. Apparently, they are giving incentives to all digital marketers, youtubers and bloggers who promote them to others. Why would these people promote printify even their service is so lousy? It seems like promoting the platform is better money than selling t-shirts and accessories. It's such a sad truth about our society today because nobody care about moral at all.

Despite all the bad reviews that I see here, I must say that Printify is a really good company, especially with customer support. I've done hundreds of orders, and every time something went wrong they always helped me, replacing the item for free making my costumer happy. My shop has all 5 Stars review also tanks to them!

Dreadful company. I built my whole shop around Printify, initially finding it a handy service albeit with occasional problems. Then they decided recently during a pandemic when many of us are suffering financially, to double and even triple their UK shipping costs AND also increased costs of products at the same time. To put this into context, their delivery charge for a T-shirt from the UK to the USA was around $5.50, now it's $11.50.
On average, my cost per international order had gone up some $8-$10 overnight. Just like that. The reason given was they moved to a 'tracked' shipping system and it was more expensive. They decided the best time to do this was during a pandemic. Most companies are trying to help during these times, Printify cut me off at the knees with their massive price hike. As there was no way I would pay these prices or ask my customers to pay them, my whole shop has to be changed, new print providers, new apparel, new mock-ups..days and days of work which I'm still contending with, not to mention the anxiety and loss of income.
Lesson learned. Never rely on a single company, especially one as immoral as Printify who think nothing of kicking you when you're down. I can't even put into words how angry I was at what they've done here. The sheer immorality of bringing in this shipping price hike during the Covid-19 pandemic where my income has been cut by 80% is something I will never forgive. Stay away from this company.

Tried to get answers from customer service about an issue I was having with their platform. There is no live customer service only chat, which if you're lucky, they will respond to about 24 hours later. After going back and forth for over a week, I just gave up. A lot of their responses showed they didn't even read the entire chat I sent them explaining the issue, since they would suggest doing exactly what I have just told them I did. One time they asked my to take screen shots showing the problem I did, and gave a complete detailed step-by-step explanation of what I was doing just before the screen short was taken. Their reply told me to try doing two of the steps I just told them I had done. Complete waist of time and effort. I lost over a week dealing with these unprofessionals. Beware if you decide to use their service. And pray you never need to ask their customer service a question.

From reading all of the above reviews, I seeing that the best alternative for me is if I'm going to 'brand' a product with my art or ect, than best to find local printer within driving distance, get one made, evaluate it, then only get others printed up when ordered, that way print shop right there in same city or town, and have complete control over production and shipping.
But I doubt this would work if have heavy volume, but for those who may only ship less than 100 items a month, I think doing business with local print ship would be the way to go.

one of the worst print providers i've come across, the delivery times are not kept, you don't get any information about the delivery, it's only 2-7 working days, my customers are all upset and cancel the orders because they can't get it delivered on time or their provider. indicated is the average delivery time within 30 days 2-3 days, my orders are stuck for over a week and day after day the delivery is extended, no live update. if you want to cancel an order, you will only get back the shipping costs although the order has not even been processed for a week. you just get held up, and you look unprofessional to the customers

Their support provide a lot of lies, The print provider has power more then them. So some orders takes up 13 business days, They said we will contact print provider, then print provider does not reply. A lot of lies, They have not any control. Their support are weak. They think we are stupid but we are into eCommerce industry before them. We are not customer We are B2B, They should understand that. When you talk with business should be know we have business knowledge and we know the money game.
By the way even if they sent refund after 10 business day that is still problem because we can not tell customer to cancel or avoid bad reviews and disputes, Refund is just compliment to customer. They do not understand that,

Full of website glitches. The design page will not even let me upload my designs to the t-shirt mockup to create a listing. Totally unusable and a complete waste of time. I will now have to revamp my store and move everything over to Printful. They don't even reply to messages or do anything to help. This is not a proper business. Total scam, stay away.

Horrible customer service. I used Printify for the first and last time to fulfil an order for which the shirt was discontinued on Printful. I had no other choice and now I regret that I did not just refund the customer and told them the size was unavailable. it has been 10 days since I placed the order and it still hasn't been printed. 2 to 7 days production time? what a joke! why do you lie to your clients when you know you cannot handle the holiday rush? now my customer won't receive their item for Christmas and it has made my business look like garbage.

Printify made my business look like absolute garbage on more occasions this Christmas season than any other entity has even come close to doing in the entire 16 years I have been in business.
It's hard to even describe the magnitude of failure my customers and myself have endured at the hands of Printify and their partner, My Locker for the past month. There's everything from quality control nightmares to having to cancel a bunch of orders because heart blanks ran out to website glitches that state an order was fulfilled but there is no tracking to my customers receiving ornaments with images I don't even make - including a Donald Trump ornament.
It was rare to even receive an apology when each issue was addressed - and don't ask them to reship and upgrade the shipping. They screw up and send the wrong item to my customer and they told me I had to pay extra to have the reprint sent in time for Christmas. You have to be kidding.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Unless of course you like waking up to 20 emails from upset customers because they received trash from this print on demand service.
