Another great printed order from Print 24 - only downside was that the posters they sent were in a thin paper wrapping rather than their robust card boxes, so it was split to pieces when it arrived. Luckily there was minimal damage to the contents but still, slightly disappointing.

Highly recommend these guys. They’ve pretty come through with flying colours (pardon the pun) on ever order I’ve placed so far.
My custom t-shirt print looks great and meets the ‘premium t-shirt’ grade other sellers claim to provide.
My only comment would be there’s was unpleasant smell from the printing left on the T-shirt which meant it needed to be quickly washed prior to wearing.
Other than that minor point. Top work as usual 👍🏻

Very kind and professional customer service.
But I received a depliant (brochure) with a different weight.
And then: dpd is not the best solution for shipping. There are always problems. Even this time. I suggest to use the swiss post, it works better

Easy and fast to make orders.
Automatic responses are clear and allow solutions to be found.
A good FAQ in case of small problems.
Reactive and helpful staff when a question is sent.
Suggestions to be even better :
- The client account user iterface could be a little more helpful : for example to be able to upload files for printing.
- When we choose to pay via transfer we can't do so immediately for authorisation reasons, it is therefore stressful to recieve reminders that the payment has not been made. An easy solution would be for the client to be able to indicate when the payment will be made.

Great to work with, helped me through the process of getting the leaflet ready for print. Delivery right on time. Costs really good. Staff on phone very helpful, happy to talk through the whole process.

I have been using Print 24, on a regular basis, for over a year now. I've ordered brochures, banners, roll up banners and will shortly be ordering leaflets and catalogues. Overall I am very pleased with the service. I have had a couple of issues with printing imperfections/missing items but they were sorted very swiftly! The only downside is that postage for various items cannot be combined.

I ordered 5K flyers on a standard delivery order and they arrived a couple of days early - it should have taken a week to print - so this was great news and I was very pleased with this! This is worth taking a chance on as the priority delivery fees can be high. The print is good quality and is very affordable. I also find the online ordering process easy to follow, though would prefer not to have all the upgrade opportunities on completion of order. Would note that the 250gsm does seem less rigid than from other companies (which makes no sense).

I've been using print24.com for a number of years. I have found their service and quality to be very good and the pricing to be competitive. On the one occasion where there was a problem with my order their customer service people handled the problem quickly and efficiently and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I used print24.co.uk for the first time recently I was very happy with the results, there website was very easy to use with drop down menus so I could find my product. I printed 5000x Menus in DL size, I also called print24 for free to check on a file size & the customer service was excellent & very helpful when dealing with my problem.
I will be using print24.co.uk again for all round cheap prices & I found it easy to upgrade the speed of my delivery using the website as a guide, when I received my product my flyers were printed nice & glossy and cut well, really happy with the way things look.

As a registered customers you had the choice to order 250 free business cards (with the 'printed by print24.nl' logo on the back.
As a trial this is a good option as you can experience the quality and service provided. The quality of the business cards is good and the quality of the print is good as well. It would be preferred by me to have a bit heavier paper, but that's something I'll try with a new order.
Emails are sent along the process to keep you updated; all in all a good epxerience!
