Better Print24 Online! Reviews

Print24 promises to deliver on a date but they are not able to comply. For the first delay I got an e-mail with a new expected delivery date. The new delivery date was not met and there is no communication whatsoever. Calling the hotline does not make a difference: they cannot change, promise or do anything. You might is well be talking to a brick wall. Refunding could be investigated but they cannot promise they will do that. i have been ordering print since 2006 and had more than one printjob every year. Now I have two printjobs that cannot be delivered in time and a customer support that is not there for me. So this was the last time I ordered anything with Print24! Be aware of the risks with this unreliable company!!!!

Printing exactly as hoped for, and on time.

Very kind and professional customer service.
But I received a depliant (brochure) with a different weight.
And then: dpd is not the best solution for shipping. There are always problems. Even this time. I suggest to use the swiss post, it works better

I've been using Print24 for years and have spent thousands of pounds with them... simply because I cant find anyone else... but now I am desperate to find another printing provider.

It's hit and miss whether your product will turn out the way you desire.

Their customer service is bad. Any 'mistakes' are always the customers fault.

Their artwork uploader is confusing and unhelpful. Beware the 'screenproof', if it is not right call them don't just re-upload as it goes straight to print without you getting to proof it again. This resulted in the layout of my work being printed wrong.

I also made one order then, a few months later, ordered the exact same thing and it came with completely different finish.

I'm very upset and angry. They do not care about their customers.

(This review comes from a very friendly, understanding person, who never leaves bad reviews, but I have been hurt too many times by this company and wish to warn others.)

Easy and fast to make orders.
Automatic responses are clear and allow solutions to be found.
A good FAQ in case of small problems.
Reactive and helpful staff when a question is sent.

Suggestions to be even better :
- The client account user iterface could be a little more helpful : for example to be able to upload files for printing.
- When we choose to pay via transfer we can't do so immediately for authorisation reasons, it is therefore stressful to recieve reminders that the payment has not been made. An easy solution would be for the client to be able to indicate when the payment will be made.

Having been given a promise that my job would be delivered on time, I received an email the day before the delivery date saying that due to a fault at their end, my job would be late. I have had to rearrange replacement print at my own cost, or risk losing a client. I cannot now get a refund from them, or any sort of customer service (wish I'd read these reviews first) from them. Avoid at all costs.

The online ordering process was pretty simple & the results were excellent. The delivery was quicker than my local printing company estimated!!. The price also was great.

If there could be less than one star, it would definitely be it... What a
horrible customer "service" they provide, where nobody ever takes
responsibility over anything and actual people replying on the phone are
super rude (luckily not all of them, but that would be already too much
to comprehend). Nobody seems to respond to emails or really read them
and try to offer a valid solution to the problems they did cause, and
when you tell them you expected something better than silence, they say
all was your fault. Nobody ever knows where your order is at and you can even wait for it to arrive 2 months late! And when you ask them about this, they will give you lots of excuses, but excuses are never enough! What a waste of money and time, would never
recommend this to anyone I know and just seriously, beware, if you don´t
want to cause yourself gray hair and wait for constant reprints for
months, when their trimming system is what it is - everything gets cut
off based on the mood of the worker and each product looks different -
this is not a quality printing and on top of that they will be late with
delivery, so as a result you will end up frustrated, with no product
arriving in time and will lose money and time, spending hours on the
phone trying to get some assistance nobody is willing to provide,
because they don´t understand how and few of their staff don´t even know
how to talk to people in general, which makes me wonder whether they
care about their customers and overall reputation at all, or they just
take in loads of new orders, then deliver crap and you can spend lots of
time trying to get a refund for the crappy job they did, oh, and on top
of that you then will get blamed for wanting something you actually
paid for! In time and in a good condition - nope, this is not what they
want. And if you go, searching for somebody more reliable, frankly they
don´t even care - one little client satisfaction or disappointment
doesn´t mean anything to them. If you want to save time, go elsewhere,
because this is only a start of your "happy" cooperation. Never again!
