Being the biggest distributors in the UK & Ireland - we rely on printers heavily. Print24 has always provided a no fuss printing service with fast delivery. I even received an email after my order personally to offer me some discount codes for future use, which is very helpful for us as a business. Not to mention, the quality is always spot on. Print 24 refuse to correct their mistake
I've been getting flyers from Print 24 for three years without a problem (although they once sent me a box of German brochures by mistake). My latest flyers are not up to standard - some have thick white strips at the bottom, some have thin. Some have strips on the left hand side, some on the right. Most have no strips (which is what I want). I complain to be told it's my dimensions (I've been using the same dimensions for three years and never had this). Do my dimensions ask for three different types of flyers? They won't redo the incorrect ones and their offer is a £5 voucher towards a future order of £50 or more. I never spend £50 so this is a pointless offer. I'm a longstanding customer who won't use them again as their customer service is RUBBISH. Bear this in mind if you order from them.

I’ve been using print 24 since they first started. Always excellent quality print and great prices. Few niggles on this order. I had bit of a problem with the delivery being a 3-day delivery instead of the 2-day delivery I paid for so we missed the launch date - no help from support. Also this time I ordered print over the weekend when there is no support. I had a small issue with the file I sent, I noticed it literally minutes after I sent it. During the week support will allow you to send a new file immediately but there was no one at the end of an email or chat line to help me so they printed the file anyway. Luckily it worked out okay in the end. The delivery company delivered the item and just left it in a room and got no signature for it. This is very unusual with print24 so I think it’s because it is August and there just aren’t enough staff on the support line. I’ve learnt my lesson not to place print on Saturday or Sunday.

I just always have problems in the ordering process. Last time - after I thought I had uploaded was surprised not have the usual data received / checked etc When I checked the order - it had been received but the data not received. Had to work it out why it hadn't gone. Eventually sorted. Otherwise advice about stage of process and dispatch good. Especially good was getting it well within the suggested delivery date this order.

I just received my 40 x 50 canvas. The printing quality is perfect. The packaging is great and the parcel arrived 5 days earlier in Greece with DHL.
I will definitely buy again.

Print 24 thinks it’s ok to change the size of folders without telling there customers, this rendering all artwork useless. Spoke to manger and said we can do what we like it’s our business.

Once I had got over the 'minefield' of the ordering process and having to ask 'Customer Services' for advice as how best select the various options for a simple leaflet print - the final product arrived well packaged and within the time stated for delivery. Happy with the result.
