Twice during 2021, I have requested a parts diagram for a PowerFist hydraulic cylinder without response. The cylinder has failed in spite of very little use and Princess Auto do not have a direct replacement. If I had a diagram I could attempt a repair myself.

B careful at Calgary North store. Don't know how to process gift card purchase without charging your credit card twice.
Sara and 2 cohorts insisted on the second charge and told me to call my credit card company. A return trip to try and get my money back after an hour on hold to talk to mastercard and Derinda and team leader Caitlin Swan insisted there was only one charge when they had 2 of their receipts in front of them. Told me to have mastercard charge it back. Customer service line is an entity separate of Princess Auto so calling is useless and store could care less about ripping customers off. They deserve to go the way of Zellers Eatons and may all the "helpful" people feel the way they treated me but tenfold. After several hours wasted on getting satisfaction and my MY money back no apology no attempt to keep a customer. Princess Auto you deserve to go down.

This company seems to be a bit of a gong show. They send out flyers showing products that are
On sale. When you phone the store or go there to buy the product, they tell you that it may be a few months before the products get into the store, as the products are sitting in a warehouse. I personally won't be waiting around for that, I will simply go to a competitor and buy the product at a similar price anyway.
I would suggest that Management at Princess Auto review their internal workings and resolve this issue because it tells me they are completely unorganized and have no idea what's going on in their own system. And, often, their system shows that they have some products in their store, and after wasting my time and gas going there, the employees tell me that there isn't any more of that item in stock.
Time to get their Act together.

I ordered 4 products online. Two of them were what I really wanted. The other two were just small add-on items. They only sent the two small add-on items and charged the amount of shipping fee of the whole order. Three days later, they sent me an email to inform me "Due to an inventory error, we had to cancel one or more items from your Princess Auto Order# o*******. Unfortunately, they can no longer be shipped, and you will not be billed for the cancelled items." Since price of the small items plus shipping fee are much higher than market retail price of the items, I am going to return the two small add-on items and see whether they are going refund me shipping fee.

Ordered a AC unit July 10 2020. I checked the site daily for status with no new information other than "Not Shipped". 17 days later I received and email saying it was not in stock. I had sent them an email July 22 through their website asking about the status and if I there was a problem that I would change out this AC unit for another on that was just advertised in their new flyer. I never heard back.
Called the customer service and finally reached someone who basically stated that there is nothing they can do and they will not have any more AC units this year. Thank you Princess Auto!

Princess Auto online shopping is a joke please I repeat do not order online.
Not only will the never pick up the phone at National Call Center they won't respond to an email to even tell customer any status of their order. Probably the worst experience I have ever had online.
Princess Auto just stop selling items online clearly it's not your thing.

Submitted an order, got confirmation that order went through but no email was received.
Called their Customer Service to inquire; friendly, chatty agent said order not insystem... nice.
Processed order with agent, got confirmation # AND still no email... what the heck is going on with their online process?!... first (and last) time dealing with Princess Auto.

It's a sheer frustration if you decide to place online order. No repose to "contact us". Connecting to call center is real torture. I would not recommend anyone placing online order. If store is nearby, pick up your stuff. I would rate online sale negative 1 star if possible.

They make excuses about shipping taking up to 3 weeks, while all other stores ship within a few days. They don't provide you with a tracking number and even if you go to the store directly, they hand you a phone number you can never reach for a tracking number. They tell you in an email that you can track but don't give you the tracking number and if you email them, even repeatedly, they never answer. How stupid is that?

I placed a few orders online and they are all with free delivery during this pandemic time. No minimum purchase.
4 different orders placed at different time. All delivered with 4 days by Canada Post. Great company to provide free delivery with no minimum purchase at this time.

I placed an online order on April 8 at 11am. As of April 17 at 8pm I have not seen any progress on the order. I have emailed their customer service and have had no response. I called twice and got a very pleasant customer service rep who provided excuses but still no shipping action.
I understand a business can be over whelmed during the covid19 pandemic, but still seven business days and no update on my order. I have placed several orders with their competition and received updates and the shipment within 3 days. Not with Princess Auto 7 business days and nothing.
