PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE HERE if you want your items. I ordered $550 WORTH of clothes and did not receive my package. Instead of compensating me through a refund, I was then offered a "giftcard" to which THEY DISABLED. I'm now out of $500 and so many clothes. NOT WORTH IT.

Their clothes and accessories are cheap for a reason because you get what you pay for, they're not the best quality. I've made a lot of returns for years and kept a few somewhat decent ones. But, to be fair, they've got some really good sales and the best customer service around. In Australia, they can refund free returns within the day of them receiving it. Sometimes, they offer same-day delivery for Queensland residents. I personally don't shop here unless completely necessary cause of aforementioned same-day delivery or they stock a brand I really like.
This company should really use more realistically sized models in the future. Not a fan of this typical white blonde paper thin woman prominent in Aussie brand campaigns. I think this shop is good for conveniently cheaper clothes for a festival or weekend outfit but don't expect anything worth gramming bout.

Princess Polly has always been one of my go-to websites when buying new clothes. All of their items are trendy, and for the most part, affordable. I probably order something from them at least once a month! Their website is so easy to navigate, their customer service team is amazing, and the shipping is so fast!

DO NOT LISTEN to any of the fake lying positive 5 star reviews bots cause NONE of them are real people writing the fake reviews! Especially the fake lying reviews bots written like "J F." and "Yasmin B." and "Emily L.", and all the other fake lying reviews bots shown cause they are all NOT real reviews and NOT written by real people!

Princess polly is posting these fake review bots and they also pay trustpilot to post fake positive bot reviews.

I have ordered from this company before and there clothes, tops, skirts, dresses, etc. are terrible and nothing they sell fits, all big and ugly and unflattering, all their clothes look embarrassing and awful! Such cheap bad thin wrinkly quality, worse than forever 21. And this company charges insane prices for cheap bad quality clothes. And charge insane prices for cheap jewelry too. The 1 star reviews aren't lying.

And they use false advertising on their website saying "these items sold out in this and that sizes", all nothing but LIES they tell cause NO ONE is buying their cheap crap cause its extremely expensive and no one wants it and everyone knows it's bad quality!

Princess polly doesn't make any money that's why they post all those fake lying positive reviews bots, and they also post nothing but fake lying positive reviews bots on all items product pages and on their website.

They also post fake comments bots and buy fake followers on fake ass social media/YouTube, which is what pretty much everyone is doing these days.

But its princess polly australia that's does all this cause there the main company headquarters, not the usa site.

And the 1 star reviews are honest and correct saying that they post cgi digital "models and insta girls" on there website and on fake ass social media/YouTube, cause they all don't look like real life people and they all look too "perfect" to be real, that's cause NONE of them are real life people!

And the honest 1 star reviews are being honest and correct when they said that princess polly doesn't send their products out for free to no one, cause that is illegal and no company is gonna risk doing that cause they'll immediately lose their business if they tried doing that.

But yea, no company is gonna send out free products to NO ONE cause they wouldn't even be making any money if they tried doing that and its illegal and all companies have policies to follow, so of course no company sends out free stuff to no one.

So that's good that princess polly doesn't send out free products to no one, cause if any company tried doing that then they would get in serious trouble and customers and employees would be making complaints and they would lose their business, customers and employees.

And that's not how the world works anyway cause NO ONE gets free stuff or free money in this world. Don't believe NOTHING you see on fake ass social media/YouTube cause there all broke desperate stupid attention seeking uneducated poor losers who wish they had something to prove when they don't and they all buy fake comments bots, fake followers, fake subscribers, fake views, fake likes, etc.

Worst customer service!
I paid 20$ for 2 days express shipping for my close friends wedding and after a week it still stays on the factory! They ruined the day of the wedding I stay with nothing to wear and they didn't even sent the dress. Don't buy from them.

And it's also fake and lies if any YouTube video and on fake social media says "use my promo code at checkout, and I got sponsored and free clothes", that's all NOTHING but lies and fake that videos like that tell because anyone can go on fake social media/fake YouTube and tell lies like that for attention because NO ONE gets free clothes or free money or free anything in this world cause that's not how the world works, it's not true because then everyone in the whole world would be getting "free this and that", proves to show that people lie about anything online just to get attention and no one gets free anything, and companies including social media and YouTube, only pay employees, and the only valid promo codes are the ones shown on websites or on the official stores website, not fake crap on fake YouTube and fake social media cause those aren't real and anyone can go online and lie and say "use my promo code and I get sponsorships and free clothes", people on fake YouTube and fake social media create a fake rich luxury fantasy life online that they wish they could live in real life.

NO ONE gets a free pass in life to get "free stuff/money/clothes" cause that's NOT how the world or life works and everyone has to work a real world job to buy things, no one gets anything for free in this world.

And princess polly clothes and jewelry and just about everything, is extremely BAD CHEAP quality! I have purchased a few dresses and tops from them, and threads hang off and material is so flimsy and cheap and will literally break.

I've worn Princess Polly clothes before but they were my friends pieces so this time I decided to shop for some of my own! This was my first purchase with the brand and I was really excited! I am pretty satisfied with the purchase as shipping was quick and I was able to get my items with good discounts. Check out my video review for more details and a try-on haul!

I bought some items from Princess Polly for the first time a few months ago. The items are very trendy and quite affordable. Some of the items were low quality, some were decent. I was disappointed with a few of the dainty pieces - one being a top that didn't fit comfortably and felt particularly flimsy.
However I particularly like their matching sets section.
It was easy to search for items that I needed and I like that they offer discounts and sales from time to time.
They offered free AU shipping over $50.

Their items honestly have a great fit and feel. Some things I recommend are their wyoming pinstripe blazer and ALL of their bags! Stay away from their heeled shoes as they are super cute but not comfy. Make sure to wait for a sale because it's definitely not worth full price.

This company will be out of business soon if recent behavior is any indicator. I ordered my daughter's Christmas presents from Princess Polly on December 2nd. Their website said everything was in stock and ‘ready to ship'. The following day I received an email from them saying that due to COVID they were experiencing some delays (understandable), and they would email me with my tracking number when my items had shipped. "Nothing to do here, babe"... just letting me know. Fine. Fast-forward 3 weeks and still NO COMMUNICATION from Princess Polly. Christmas is in 3 days. I have called customer service a dozen times or more, and each time I wait on hold for 10-15 minutes and then a recorded message comes on and says ‘sorry, but no one is available to take your call at this time... Please try again later ". Then it HANGS UP on you. I've also emailed customer service multiple times and get an automated response saying they received my email and please give them 48 hours to respond. That was over a week ago. Nothing since then. Nada. I cannot reach them and it seems like this is a giant scam.

I ordered a pair of jeans in my normal size and they were WAY too big. I exchanged them for a size smaller and they were in stock so I ordered them. After 3 weeks of them not arriving, I call to find out they had given my jeans to someone else. I was very angry because I had been waiting for a while for this pair of jean I had paid for. They refunded me but the jeans aren't even sold in the stores anymore so I can't get them. Very big lack of communication within their company I guess. Very disappointing.

Why is everyone saying this is a bad store lol it's amazing and fyi the clothing quality is actually amazing, i bought a satin dress and it was amazing quality and i just ordered more stuff, if u wanna try it out go for it don't let these reviews stop u ahhaha

The quality of this brand was perfect and met my expectations and more I am posting it tomorrow when I dress up tomorrow is a really big deal so hope it pulls through for me!

Wow princess polly is really crap and the honest 1 star and 2 star reviews aren't lying about it. Everything i bought is such extremely bad cheap thin terrible quality! They're literally charging for the name, not for quality. Just because it's by princess polly doesn't mean it's good quality because it's NOT. These dresses literally look like they're going to break and zippers are so cheap they don't even zipper, and the dresses are so see through they can't even be worn out in public! their clothes are not worth the money, and as another review stated, all princess polly does is pay to have all those fake dishonest lying positive reviews on here and on their website! and the reviews aren't lying about the uncaring terrible customer service, I want to return items, the customer service is crap nobody ever calls through phone and i emailed them a couple of times and nobody replied because they simply do NOT care about helping customers! And the main reason why princess polly puts these ridiculous unnecessary foolish high prices on their cheap bad terrible quality clothes is because they're trying to fool people into thinking "it will be good quality" by posting fake unrealistic photoshopped pictures of the clothes on fake unrealistic looking photoshopped models (and of course the models don't look like what you see in the picture in real life because they're photoshopped to look like that it's all fake, they're really average looking like all of us) and by posting ugly fake unrealistic photoshopped pictures of ugly Instagram girls which is dumb and stupid to be posting pictures of because those girls are not real people they're just created by CGI, because when you type in their so called "Instagram name" and typed in correctly, they don't show up on Instagram as it says not found because they don't exist as people! And no girl in real life looks like those fake photoshopped ugly unrealistic girls you see on the princess polly website. And it's stupid that princess polly posts CGI created Instagram pictures of ugly fake non-existent, not real, unrealistic photoshopped Instagram girls, those "girls" are not real people they're just created by cgi, just like all the fake girls you see on Instagram and fake vacations, cuz everything you see on Instagram itself is fake and never real life.

Overall, I urge everyone to NOT buy from this crap online store because it's not worth spending lots of money on the cheap bad quality clothes they sell! Even marshalls, ross, tj maxx have way better great quality clothing at cheaper prices than crap princess polly and that says and means alot!

Really cute clothes and true to size, what more could I ask for. No duties or taxes at the door and I live in Canada. I thought I would be slammed with one since I believe this company is Australian based but they literally just left it on my doorstep. ( it's my first time) (; got the top in a extra small. its called Ferentina Crop Top. Then I got he cardigan in a small. It's called TWIIN Era Cropped Cardi Top. Quality is overall good but I would stay prices are a n little steep.

For those wondering the quality isn't bad but a little overpriced. Customer service is top knock tho for a return I made.

I bought 3 items and one zipper was broken and the other 2 did not fit well so I paid 8.99 to return them first off which us dumb, then now they bbn keep lying and not refunding me and giving me the run around. afterpay is still trying to charge me too! This is the most disgusting company ever! They want me to pay for stuff I returned when all they have to do is do their job and process the return ! insane!

Been purchasing playsuits, sets and cute tops here for years and they got overall good fast service. Customer service is quite helpful and prompt. Their sales are pretty good as well. Cute styles but some of their pieces don't have the best quality fabric and still going at about $50 and above, just aimed at school girls who don't know better. Overall, my personal shopping experience has been great though. Some of their stuff do come from good local brands so those are of good quality. Beware that not all of their honest individual reviews make it on the product page so I'm writing it here.
