When I went on the PIXI website, I was intrigued by the lipsticks. They were the WORST drying lipsticks this aficionado has ever used. I've had the best, and the most expensive. This was a 40.00 mistake for 3, and I literally threw them in the trash after applying the first pink. HORRIBLE. They just had no moisture in them whatsoever. Sorry VEGAN lovers: guess I like moisture and smooth application. This was horrible.

After friends recommended products went online and placed an order which I am still waiting to arrive, customer service none existent phone number puts you to a store who cannot help, left to emails which are answered in America who are useless, promise the goods but nothing. A delivery was eventually made with a free tester really!!! Complained again as Pixi believe that 10 mls of primer is £100 worth of skincare. I have had to resort to a fraud claim via credit card company . Please avoid the stress if you have to have Pixi products either buy in store or via third party I will not be using them again

I purchased from their website recently as lockdown stopped me from going to the shops. Packaging was nice and compact. Shipping was fast.

Ordered over 2 months ago and after countless emails to Pixi's customer service I am still yet to receive anything. I am not one to ever leave a bad review and I was a huge fan of the brand until I decided to purchase via their website rather than in store. Very disappointing, will be contacting my credit card company if I don't hear back from them within a week of my last email to them.

They're only getting 2 stars because their glow range has done wonders for my skin but what an awful company to try and get help from, either that or they just have useless, fake people managing the instagram account - I have unfollowed now.
I only wanted some advice on which h20 skin tint to buy! But my messages were ignored and comments deleted from posts, youd think they want to help their customers?? I wouldnt be surprised if this review gets deleted but I'm feeling frustrated... it seems a lot of other people are aswell. Sort it out Pixi

My friend had a package delivered to the wrong address in Barcelona and contacted customer service, which is one of the most unhelpful services in makeup and beauty. Pixi do not respond to messages or emails and you have to constantly chase them and still they don’t reply. No resolution!! If reviews like this keep up, they will soon run out of customers! Please do not buy from them or promote them.

Although I have not yet had a chance to use a Pixi product, I did have a phenomenal experience with customer service. Early March, i spent about $75 on Pixi products directly from their website. I received the products within about 7 business days. Between ordering and receiving, money got tight due to COVID. I emailed Pixi regarding a return and refund. I received a response the next day stating to send the package back by writing “return to sender” and I would receive a refund shortly. A few weeks went by and I had not gotten a refund or return confirmation email. I reached out to Pixi again to question the refund and was responded to the next day stating they had not yet received my package but they HAVE credited my original payment with a refund. Sure enough, I look in my account and the $75 is refunded! I am shocked reading these reviews. I guess they cleaned their act up! I will definitely be a customer in the future.

Ordered the ultra luxe rose infused skintreats set. I was abit worried after reading reviews however, I didn’t have any trouble ordered on Sunday 29th March and received it Wednesday 1st April. Really can’t complain with any of the service. Products look amazing can’t wait to use them.

Vitamin C tonic. Omg I actually love this product! I’ve tried many many high end toners and they just don’t compare to this one. My skin loves it, my spots have reduced to next to nothing my skins glows and my complexion is looking fab as well. This is my 3rd purchase ?

I love their products been using them for about a year I finally ordered online prior to that I always used go and buy in target or urban outfitters this time I ordered online to have the worse experience possible it’s been a month I exchanged my product with them by sending back to sender as they instructed Via email yet I have not heard back from them I emailed them, I call them, I even dm’d them through Instagram. No responses I have yet to receive my money back, or any product. Its very unfortunate that such a big popular company have such terrible service. I’m just spreading awareness you’re better off either buying at store or looking into similar products this company stole money from me at this point.

Products ordered online and money taken from my account on 5th October. The products were in stock so I expected these within a week. No such luck - and my e-mails to the company asking for an update have been ignored. How I wish I'd thought to check reviews before ordering and parting with my hard-earned cash.
To makes matters worse - I later discovered that the products I ordered were on a 3-for-2 offer in Boots - and you've guessed it - I had ordered and paid for 2 products. Doh!
UPDATE: My order eventually arrived! If I'd realised that it would take 3 weeks or more then I would have picked up pixi items in town. However, I now just suspect that the company aren't yet properly set up for online orders. I would still recommend their products though.

Awful company.
I still havent received my order. Cannot get in contact with anyone, i've tried email, phone etc and no reply at all.
If you haven't ordered from them yet and have looked here for reviews before making a purchase DONT DO IT.
Go to marks and Spencer's if you really want the item and buy it from them but dont buy direct.
I will never use their products again

Never received my order, got acknowledgement, said they would let me know when my order was picked .
Only thing picked was my pocket !
£39.20 of my hard earned cash gone .
I stupidly thought as M&S a stockist of this product, that Pixi was reputable .
I am so shocked, Pixi all over Instagram, and I even signed up for the news letter.
I am going to contact M&S and tell them that Pixi is not a reputable company, and how they scam customers who buy via the website .
I am totally shocked . And very wary, I was very much looking forward to my products arriving . And trying them out for the first time .
How dare they steal my money .

Correction Concentrate (concealer) Can't believe the rip off. I saw this in M&S. When I opened the box, there is a tiny container. The box is 3 TIMES the size and when you open the little container, it has an inner space that contains the concealer which is a 1/3 less than the size of the container!!!
If this is so fantastic then why disguise the size of the contents?
Also no instructions?? do you put it before moisturiser, after? toner?
I'd expect this to be £6 not £14!

Glow tonic is hands down their best product ever, it made my acne prone skin so much better and glowing. Their price point is also brilliant. I am excited to try some of their other products in the future.
