Oh my goodness. Personalization Mall sells the VERY WORST merchandise I have ever seen. Don't waste your $ or your time with these folks. They have nothing of value in their line.
Personalized bath towel ($29.00) looks like the design was spray painted on. Just nasty.

I recently purchased kids face masks. The are huge. They don't even fit me. They refused a refund but did issue a store credit. These are NO WHERE NEAR KIDS SIZE. Buyer beware.

I called since the first set of masks did not match in ear loop size only to be told they should have toggle in the bag. NOPE not a thing and the ear loops are not even elastic. I sent over a picture so they said ok we will replace your order. I get the replacement today and the color is WAY!! they finally have elastic ear loops but the elastic is so thin and ready to break. The fabric color is not even close and I got 2 cheap rubber pieces that are suppose to be the adjusters. What a joke!!!! Do not waste your time or money!!!!

When i ordered it says it ships in 1-2 business days (the only reason i ordered it)
I called today, customer service argued with me that it doesn't say that..will not do anything about it..i will not purchase anything from them again, and i suggest you don't either if your expecting to receive your items.

I placed an order over a week ago and was informed that ECONOMY shipping will be delayed until July 31st. Really? The post office isn't closed and I paid for shipping... that just means they don't want to put it in the mail. Never ordering here again - this was a gift.

By far the worst experience I've ever had ordering online. How this company stays open is purely a scam. They take your money & then take MONTHS to ship your items. I finally received my items & lo and behold, the item is not correct! I call for my replacement & they say they don't know when it will ship because of COVID, which has been their excuse for everything. The supervisor called me back 4 DAYS AFTER I called about my order being wrong, even though I was told I would receive a call within 24 hours, and started off by reading basically a statement about COVID, then stops & says oh, you received an incorrect item. All that means is they don't care about customer issues & are just giving everyone the same scripted excuse. My order was placed April 9th..today is June 16th. This is not a new order. It's an order that should be expedited because of their lack of care to fully examine orders to make sure they're going out correctly. They willingly & expeditiously take your money & then leave you up in the air about when you'll receive your stuff, or the right order at that. A company should try to make their clients happy & that is not what they even make an attempt to do. An error on their behalf should be rectified right away, not just oh, we don't know when we can ship it out, but you'll get it one day. Ridiculous. The only thing they want to mention is a refund. I don't want a refund. I want my order to be rectified & shipped to me immediately. All of the horrible reviews people leave are completely true. Bad communication, processing time, & customer service. Product review is clearly something they don't even do. And honestly, they should have stopped taking orders & people's money if they were going to blame everything on COVID.

so I ordered anniversary gift for the kids. shipping was half as much as gift. then I receive email the following week that now with virus and all, they are providing free shipping on orders more than $35. Called, asked if they would honor that for my order from the week earlier-answer no, and it is not even being shipped until middle June due to virus, yet I was billed right away-ouch!. on order form it said this purchase qualifies for $10 credit from shopsmarter, I click on that, give information, and 2 days later I see on credit card not a $10 credit, but a $10 charge. I cancelled order and suggest you all do not get to that stage, don't place an order with these folks.

So i initially was looking for a random gift for my husband when i ran into this website. I immediately loved the customized robe idea since i had been wanting to get him a robe for quite some time. After ordering the robe i decided to check out their reviews (please always check reviews before hand) and to my surprise, all reviews where horrible! They terrified me! Bad customer service, bad products, late shipping and all! I was like ........dang! And praying it would be a different outcome for me. I later decided to just email them and tell them to cancel the order disregarding the numerous comments about them being unable to cancel orders. Well...my package arrived 2 days later a total of 6 days after order! The robe was beautifully made, soft and warm! The stitching was well done and it looked exactly the way it looked in the photo! I was very impressed and happy with my purchase. I never got an email back but its okay because it was better than i expected! I had to do a positive review after the countless negative reviews that i have read about this site! Thank you personalized mall for making my experience a good one and i hope everyone the best of luck with their orders!

I tried to order $62 gifts. The site offered me $5 off as a new customer (emailed me the code) and later said my order was eligible for free shipping. At check-out they added a $2.99 shipping surcharge, rejected my free shipping code, rejected my $% off code and offered me shipping $9 to get it in a month, $14 to get it in two months! It reminds me of record clubs - the prices just keeps getting higher and higher and higher.

I uploaded pictures for a shower curtain until their system stopped giving me warnings that I needed a different picture. Then it showed a preview and the preview looked fine. What they shipped me was horrible. It was blurry and looked nothing like the picture I uploaded. This place is a scam. Then they refuse to give me a refund even though I proved my case by sending pictures. This place is a ripoff! I'm telling everyone I can along with putting reviews of this place everywhere. I ordered a personalized doormat. I did not receive it. I called and emailed several times without resolution. When I called, I was told someone would call me back. I did not receive a call back. I emailed several times and got no response. I tried calling again, and this time was told it was delivered, but delivered to an old address. I asked if they could deliver it to where I lived. I was told the only thing they could do was give me a 50% discount on another order. I ran into this problem with other companies and they have shipped me the product with no problem. I will not use this company again.

Placed an order for a Father's Day gift on 05/04/20 of course immediately the business takes payment but does not ship your item at the expected delivery date and an estimated date between June 15-20th for my shipment to arrive but today is June 28th and still the order has not been processed. I will never buy from this company again.

My order was placed on October 23rd and I thought according to this information on your site that it would be there by November 1. When I received notification that it would not be there until Nov 4 from fedex I called. Your representative was rude and nasty and just told me I did not know how to read. I will never order from you again. She was not at all pleasant and did not even apologize. I am posting a negative review all over the internet. Train your people. This is what it said on line and I thought it gave me enough time. I did not need a lecture." Please allow 2 to 3 business days for personalization process and additional 4 to 6 business days for shipping time with average delivery between 6 to 9 business days after the order is placed. I placed my order on 11-5-19. The items I ordered, 2 memorial canvases, had a 1-2 day turnaround time. Later that day, I place another order for a wooden plank with a 1-2 day turnaround time. 2 days later, I placed another order for another memorial canvas. The wooden plank shipped out within the 2 day turnaround time, as did the second order for the memorial canvas. However, the 1st order I place for the 2 canvases hadn't shipped. I contacted customer service who acknowledged they received my email, but didn't answer my question on when my order was actually going to ship. 6 days after I placed my order, I opened a dispute with PayPal asking the company to please cancel my order and refund. The day AFTER I opened my dispute, they shipped my order. A few hrs after recieving my shipment confirmation, I see another email from the comany. It was from a lady named Kay who claimed, I filed a chargeback with my credit card company and that if I didn't contact her or another lady named Sharon, they would open a fraud investigation with my local police department. First off, there was no "chargeback". If anything PayPal may have placed a "hold" on the payment until the issue/dispute was resolved. Secondly, no one ever reported my charges as "fraud". Thirdly, I could've have kept my dispute open and rejected the package when it arrived and still be within my legal rights. However, I'm not a problem customer or thief, so as soon as I saw my package had been shipped, I happily contacted PayPal to let them know. Anyways, I received my package of the wooden plank today and when I went to the company's page to leave a review, they now have my account locked and it all it shows is, "Federal WARNING!
You have been identified as a criminal attempting to commit the Felony of credit card fraud. We have already notified the FBI, Secret Service and the (local) police department.
These agencies will not only be investigating you at current ip address of: (ip address listed here) but more importantly the investigation will focus on the occupants at (home address listed here)." All of this because I opened a dispute with PayPal. So, all and all, the company has their money and they make threats with no legal leg to stand on. If the company doesn't like being held accountable for their actions, poor quality, etc., they may not want to offer PayPal who offers buyers protection. With all that said, the wooden plank I received was actually pretty nice and I have no complaints there. I will update here once I receive the canvases, as I can't leave a review on their website. I, however, will never do business with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone because their lack of professionalism. Etsy and Things Remembered are 2 places who offer similar items with GREAT customer service.

I ordered wooden Christmas ornaments for our children and their significant others. Clearly, from the posted photos they ALL look different. Joshua is the best looking one compared to the others. (I also added the picture from their website - big difference for marketing them.) I am embarrassed to give these as gifts. And, of course, I cannot return them as, according to their sub-standards, this is not a product defect. This was their reply:
"Thank you for sending the image to me as requested. The photos have been reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and they have determined the item was manufactured correctly. The wood graining and tones are what determine the depth of the color. This is expected with natural wood. Because wood is a natural element of the product, there is no way for us to guarantee all products will produce a consistent finish. Variations are to be expected. We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the item, but a replacement may be manufactured with the same result."
They list for $16.99 but I paid $11.99 on sale! What a rip-off.
Over the weekend I saw an ad on Facebook and they were offering them for $4.99! Hmmm...something tells me they know their real value.

"Again, we are sorry that FedEx was unable to deliver your package.
As a one time courtesy we are refunding your shipping fee. Please allow 24-48 hours for the credit to appear on your statement."
I did not do business with FedEx BUT PersonalizationMall.com, they should be responsible.
WORST. SERVICE. EVER.
PersonalizationMall.com literally responded the next (August 25th) day of my inquiry:
"Standard Shipped orders afford no specific delivery date guarantees, and we are unable to cancel orders once the personalized items are produced. Again, we are very sorry that FedEx has caused this inconvenience."
I never got it on time and they are irresponsible. Do NOT order anything from them if you need it at certain time.
I ordered from PersonalizationMall.com on Thursday, August 15th for my husband's birthday on the 24th. They sent it through FedEx, and they said "Package shipped on August 19, 2019 via FedEx.". I logged into FedEx.com to track the package and it said:
"Friday, 8/23/2019 6:06 pm. Delivery exception. Customer not available or business closed"
"Thursday, 8/22/2019 2:38 pm. "Delivery exception. Customer not available or business closed"
All of the above statements by FedEx are a complete lie; they never knocked at my door or rang the bell, and I am absolutely positive of this because I have been sick and I have been home all the time during the last week.
Nevertheless, when I saw this situation, I requested FedEx to hold the package on site; they said they would deliver it at my local Walgreens at the end of the day, around 6:00 PM. As they never contacted me through text message as I also requested, I decided to go twice today to Walgreens to pick up the package. It was 10:00 PM and they had not delivered anything.
As of today, August 26th nothing has been delivered yet.
My husband's birthday was on August 24th. This package contained my husband's birthday present and I never got it. The surprise is completely, absolutely ruined. I demand a refund.

2-21-19. ordered on 2-10 and paid the $13 for guranteed delivery by Valentine's Day. On Valentine's Day called and the order was nowhere close. Said it would be there tomorrow. Called on 15th, and again was told it would be there the next day for sure. Saturday 16th came and went. I called on 16th and they said that they weren't sure when it would be there. It arrived on Tuesday the 19th. Stay away !!!!

i have ordered several things from this company and would have recommended it to any one until now!! I ordered a wood plank with my parents picture on it for x mas and it has major over spray of stain right through the middle of their faces and moms eye is gauged out.. looks horrible and they refuse to replace!!!!! Its going in the garbage and i have to buy a new gift SUCKS!!! Cause they wanted a matching one like the one me and my husband had for their mantel!! NOT HAPPY!!!!

I got the Guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day and nope, the product's gonna arrive tomorrow by end of day. The shipping itself was like $10. I tried contacting them about this for at least a partial refund on the expedited shipping or at least an explanation about the late delivery but no response. Haha hahahahahahaha

If I could give less than one star I would! I ordered a Personalized fleece blanket. It looks like a rag, puckered edges, personalization is off center, backing shows through the front. I think they make up the reviews because I don't see my one star review. They refuse refund as it is personalized but they put it on a defective blanket!! Update: Just received another email from them telling me to mail the product back to them at my expense and then "Upon receipt we will notify you with our findings and resolution." So I'm supposed to spend more money to mail the defective product back with no guarantee of a refund. I shop a lot online and I rarely return items but this is a gift and I am too embarrassed to even give it. I'm spreading the word to as many venues as I can to not buy from this company.
