I bought two shirts from PF and when I discovered that one of them was ripped in three places, I contacted the company and got absolutely nowhere. Now I have discovered the other shirt I bought from them is also ripped in about the same place. Is there any way to change my rating for PF to a NEGATIVE number?

My experience with Paul Fredrick was very unpleasant. Apparently the company does not care at all about its customers and the "quality" of its products is generally poor. I wish I'd read the other reviews before I bought 2 of their shirts.

I had ordered 5 pair of pants. Size 40 waist, & 29" inseam. The waist size, although labelled as 40", is actually 38". I called & was told to go to local tailor to have them fixed. I don't think there is enough material to increase the waist size by 2-3". They are all made in China, although they are sold as local made, The customer service lady was quite curt & rude.

Mark Twain once said there are lies, damned lies, and statistics. With Paul Fredrick, you get all three. I was familiar with the brand name before I bought from them, about 5 years ago. Their ads suggest/imply that their shirts are of better quality than the average dress shirt and that their customers greatly appreciate the quality of their products. I have always wanted dress shirts with more than the usual neck room, but when I bought a shirt with an 18-inch neck, the rest of the shirt was rather big for me. So, I decided to buy two cotton pinpoint dress shirts from PF about 5 years ago. Yes, I know the warranty has expired, but I have about 30 dress shirts in my closet and many of them are a lot older than the two from PF. This morning I noticed there was a 4-inch rip in the upper left sleeve of one of my PF shirts. No idea how, where, or when it happened. About 10 minutes later, ANOTHER rip occurred in the same exact spot of the right sleeve. I also noticed there was a third rip down closer to the cuff on the right side, along the same pleat as the upper tear. I went online and had a chat with someone from the company who essentially told me there was NOTHING they could do because of the age of the shirt. I am an attorney, and have been wearing dress shirts for more than 30 years. I have shirts in my closet now which are older than the 2 PFs, and I have NEVER in my entire life had a shirt rip like this even once. Was it naïve of me to expect PF to care about me as a customer and try to make it right? In retrospect, I guess it was. Customer service apparently means NOTHING to PF and they absolutely refuse to stand up for the alleged "quality" of their product. What a crock. I will never buy anything from Paul Fredrick again.

I've been doing business with this company for a few years and have never had a complaint. However, my
Most recent suit was a disaster. The jacket was ok but the pants we're not
Correct. I ordered a 35" W & 29" inseam. The pant I received were marked 35W but we're actually 33W.
The length was less than 29".
While they say they guarantee the fit they have changed their policy and do not accept returns for pants that are hemmed. So I got screwed on this deal and will not do business with them again. Beware.

The quality of this manufacturer's product is sub par. I ordered shirts and a pair of pants. They are marketed as $149.00 pants on sale for $60.00. In fact these are very low grade products that are not worth $40.00.
Do not waste your time or money on Paul Fredrick's stuff.

Ordered three items from this company, all three were of poor quality, fit, and price. I would urge everyone to shop elsewhere.

If you return items, even if they sent you the wrong color or size, they will charge you for shipping both ways - over $25.
(Also, shirts are of really low quality.)

They do not let you return items and they ship the wrong size. Quality is not great and the photos on the website do not accurately portray the products.

I ordered an item from Paul Fredrick on Dec 17th and on the P F Website, it stated that guaranteed delivery before XMAS. Today is Dec 28th and i tracked the order and there is NO Estimated delivery date. I called the PF Customer service and it was not a warm reply. All she said was she also see that there is no estimated delivery date, but she cannot do anything. She asked me to call the postal service and complaint???? Very poor customer service.

Because the style of their shirts is different and their look appealed to me, over the last 10~12 months I have purchased 14~15 of their non iron dress shirts. They are fine for a few wearings, however, they are made of an extremely thin and fragile material. Four (4) of the shirts I purchased have tears at the top of the pocket. I suspect that the rest will suffer the same fate shortly.
I contacted customer (non)service and informed them of the issue. Their response 1) "these shirts cannot be dry-cleaned or professionally laundered" (I have never had a Paul Fredrick shirt dry-cleaned or professionally laundered as that would defeat the purpose of buying non iron shirts.) and, 2) "shirts only have a lifespan of about 54 washes at most" (had I worn only my Paul Fredrick shirts every day since purchasing them I would have washed each a maximum of 22 times. Since I own approximately 75-80 other manufacturers' dress shirts and wear them on average more often than those from Paul Fredrick the number of washings per Paul Fredrick shirt is closer to 7~8. Incidentally, I have been wearing dress shirts for over 50 years (LL Bean, Eddie Bauer, Orvis, Brooks Brothers, Lands End, etc., and have never experienced the type of issues that I have with the Paul Fredrick shirts. Never!!!
I passed the foregoing along to the customer (non)service representative, who, through the time of this writing, has chosen not to respond.
I find it interesting that the reviews of Paul Fredrick on this and other sites are either very negative or glowing, and the glowing reviews seem to come after a string of extremely negative reviews. Draw your own conclusion!

I have been purchasing shirts from PF for many, many years. At one time, they offered a variety of weaves for the classic pinpoint oxford cloth shirts, but apparently no more - now they tell me it's just the one style.
The most disappointing thing with them, however, is that you can no longer purchase a good quality, basic blue or white broadcloth ('mustiron') shirt from them. It's either slimfit or no-iron - and that's it. And I'm talking about A GENTLEMAN'S SHIRT company .. not a drug store or a hotel - a Gentleman's Shirt Company. The Shirt Company no longer seems to understand how gentlemen dress.
I gave up on catalogue purchases Long Ago. Can't count the number of times I've received a catalogue, called and tried to order - and it was out of stock. WHAT? I just got the catalogue TODAY... "We're sorry sir, sometimes those mailings are a bit behind". WHAT?? If you're in the catalog sales business .. and you don't stock what you're trying to get people to purchase... Can anyone help me with the logic in that? Is there something I'm missing? So I asked them to take me off the mailing list. Have asked at least twice now. It's been two years.. they still keep coming.
Sorry .. had to give up on this poorly run, embarrassment of a company. WHO IS IN CHARGE?? And why are they still employed? The person in charge needs to have SOME BASIC understanding of how gentleman dress. The person in charge of P Fredrick does not.
