Everyone on here is hating them so much... I LOVE Patpat. I have ordered from them twice and their deals are just amazing. Yes, it takes a long time to arrive, but that could be either because I live in Canada or because of covid...
there have been a few items that don’t fit exactly as I’d hoped, or just don’t look as good once they are on as they did in photos, but that is a risk you take EVERY time you order online. For their prices, even if 1/10 items you receive ends up being somewhat of a fail., you’ve still received 9 items for the price of maybe 2. So who is really expecting “high quality” at that price point?

Very pleased with patpat services. Had the problem in one of my order they resolved efficiently. I like the product quality in very reasonable prices. I do recommend my family and friends about it.

We just got our order and its so cute, packaging is very thoughtful and pretty as on the website. Quality of baby clothes is nice too. It took about 14 days to arrive but was really worth waiting for.

Another order from pat pat. Had a little problem with two of the products however after contacting the customer service they sorted it out for me straight away. I recommend this website to everyone for good quality items. Great service and good prices.

Very pleased with PatPat customer service. Didn’t get my package on time and they refunded immediately and told me to keep the purchase when it eventually arrived. Received an email from Kristian and he explained the problems causing the delay and was very apologetic. Would definitely order again.

I have ordered dresses for my kid on 7th October 2020 it's been more than 50 days I haven't received till now. I contacted customer care but no help. I couldn't track my order.Worst experience I ever had.
This is not trust worthy company.

Awesome site! I have ordered a bunch of kids and maternity products. Clothing is true to size, bags and kids accessories are of very good quality and the prices are acceptable. I always find something I like and need on sale
Their customer service is great too. I had some small issues with the app and the representative Reyna C. Helped me solve it quickly.
All in all, great buying experience. I highly recommend it!

I have had an amazing time ordering and receiving all my items from Pat Pat. I’ve ordered 3-4 times with them and spent a large amount of money ( not just one or two items) . I VE had one query with them and received a prompt answer from Hazel. There children’s clothes are Amazing and I love that everything is packet separately in bags with sliding tops.

I (Sandipa Ghosh) have ordered Mosaic family matching tee shirt (3/4years), dress (size- L) and tee shirt (size -XL) for my brother Subhranil Ghosh (Banglore-India) on 16th Sept'20 (Order no. 8273648). After rounds of follow ups we have received the product on 4th Nov'20. In the courier box, it was mentioned 'Sweater' from Netherlands,(Patpat was not mentioned in the box/ receipt). We didn't allow to receive the box until we pay Rs. 970/- as the courier charge which we are not aware of. And we do not have any images of that courier box.
Reason of refund request as listed below
1. I will not take any such product which I haven't ordered. In this case 'sweater from Netherlands'
2. Extra charges are not mentioned anywhere during booking/ payment.
3. Most import is trust, which I do not have for #Patpat. Kindly process for refund at the earliest

Just a wee note to say... I ordered 3 x pairs of boots and 1 pair trainers, and a dungaree set for my granddaughter who is 3. Not only was delivery very quick with frequent updates, the quality is outstanding for the price! Very, very happy. Will be ordering again and recommending to family and friends! Well done for offering quality children's items at an affordable price.

They have the cutest and most affordable outfits for babies! It's hard not to order more each time I receive a new sale email notification. Shipping sometimes can take a little long, but their customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with sizing that I received for some maternity clothes; April was able to assist me promptly via email and resolved the issue without any hesitation. Cute, quality products combined with great service will certainly help expand the baby's closet with ease :).

I have 2 kids under 2 that grow out of clothes super fast. Patpat has cute clothes at really really good prices so I don't mind keeping their wardrobe up to date. They clothes are usually really trendy and not your run of the mill cartoon characters or plain clothes- it's fashion. I've never gotten an item that didn't fit well. I've ordered twice during covid and the shipping was insanely fast. I thought it'd take longer that it did, but it was less than 2 weeks both times.

Well if you ordering something to be delivered to India, pls be mindful of the delivery times. You probably should well in advance because it takes awful lot of time with little transparency around when you will have the product. If you have time and patience and willing to take risk of having a not usable product after waiting such a long time go first it.

Very pleased with the customer service. The items I ordered were super cute - two of them were a little inaccurate with the sizing. I emailed them in regards to it and dealt with Rohanie. She was quick to respond and sent out some smaller sizes right away (and even let me keep the bigger sizes) which I thought was pretty cool. I just recently decided to purchase from PatPat. I had heard from friends and family that it was a great website with many cute things especially for babies. I ended up catching a sale and got 10 adorable items for $35. They arrived within 6 days! I was so shocked to see that all of them were boutique quality with matching and working snaps, thick fabric and all priced very well. I have since placed two more orders with them and I know this won't be the end! Loving all of my items. 110% reccomend!

I've placed a few orders with Pat Pat now and have received some wonderful kids & nursing clothes from them. Most of the sizes fit well and the quality is much better than I'd actually expected. I was missing a headband in my latest order but the lovely person Arrdev, at customer service fixed the issue without hesitation. I'll be placing my next order soon! Love the Mommy and Me dresses! Third purchase from this company and each purchase was quick to arrive, great quality, stretchy, super soft cotton, great packaging, runs big but that just means we can get alot of wear out of the purchases! Completely surprised since these dresses are so cheap! Definitely NOT cheaply made! Will definitely be ordering LOTS more! I'm wearing a small (5'9 140-145lbs) and our daughter is in 3-4 T (3'1 31 lbs) so we can wear these next summer too!

I have been buying from Patpat for my 3 boys and myself for about 1 year now. The clothes have unique an cute prints that are so adorable on babies and then unique fun prints for older kids. I have bought everything from baby clothes and breastfeeding tops to towels and sink plugs! Time and time again Patpat's products have been high quality. The reward system is also great, you just need to download the app and make a first purchase to start seeing discounts.
