Took out insurance with these conmen, posted a brand new iphone,which has gone missing! So want to claim on insurance ,bluntly refused now in the hands of consumers advice and trading standards!

I sent a parcel P2G74553308 over a month ago, they claimed they couldn't find the address, a quick google showed the address as valid, apparently the parcel was then returned, after losing it a few times, there has been no update on the site for 11 days, I contacted their customer service (which is quite a joke) AGAIN, about that I have not my parcel back, reply "It is being returned" I asked when and where on earth is it, why is there no update, reply "It hasn't been returned to you" - oh the genius of that. So apparently for close to 2 weeks the parcel has been found but doesn't move, but it isn't lost and they don't know where it is or when I might get it back.
I left a review on Trustpilot, gave the parcel number, they then pestered me with a ton of questions, stuff they should know, regarding the number, my email, then more pointless questions just stalling for time, then reported the review as false (I did send Trustpilot the proof of purchase but since Parcel2Go pays them, not sure if that matters) and apparently that stops you from reviewing them in the future. What an upright and honest company, so as long as they claim your parcel isn't lost, despite the fact that it hasn't been delivered to the address or back to you (again they didn't even make a delivery attempt), you can't claim (so no point in insuring it if they won't let you claim) - they have no problem charging for a service they do not plan to deliver. Attached is my proof of purchase, however I have blanked out my address details as this is sensitive information!

I used parcel2 go couriers to pick up a large mirrored tv unit. The item was picked up but never delivered. Apparently it got lost?? how does a large item like that get lost. I contact customer service I send them all documentation they have sent me including a bank statement and it's still not enough. I paid insurance And still been a month and there arguing they haven't got enough proof. What more proof do they need. I will never use this service again I'm soo disgusted at there service.

The problem is that after a month they still haven't delivered my Parcel that i sent on the 22nd April. Whats worse is now can't find it - Perhaps I should try looking on Ebay for my missing laptop I stand a better chance of finding it!
You can't speak to anyone except by web chat and you can't talk to Hermes directly. I suggest you pay a bit more and use Royal Mail for peace of mind.

I ordered something and the sender, unfortunately, chose P2G.
They haven't updated the tracking for more than a day. I had to leave them a bad review on a different review site in order to tell me that they have updated the external tracking ( no care to tell me) and that I should check with Hermes. Needless to say, the external tracking doesnt work.
I will never, ever, use them again

Lost my parcel, took 30 days to finally tell me it was lost DO NOT USE. Horrible customer service. Will only refund for part of lost parcel despite getting the insurance.

I sent a microphone worth £1500 with parcel2go and fully insured it with them which cost me an extra £120, this was in November 2019 and they lost it , its now may and they said I could claim but asked me for proof of purchase , I bought the microphone 20 years ago so don't have this paperwork so they are now saying I can't claim, ive spent 6 months trying to deal with this and they just keep ignoring me

No confirmation email! They took my payment and didn't send a confirmation email. Rubbish. Stay away! You'll have to deal with bots and generic customer help questions which lead nowhere!

Arranged a collection.
Chased the parcel for 50 days -NOT delivered
Returned to me destroyed
REFUSED to pay protection / insurance which I paid extra for based on a separate document .
Paid £16 for service , with £50 of goods inside package .
Returned destroyed 50 days later, refunded me £14 ?!?
AVOID go direct to courier, its the same price or cheaper anyway

This company is awful. They lost two of my packages and refused to refund me the costs. Can't speak to anyone directly, only on live chat. Avoid this company at ALL costs. A waste of time and money.

I paid the postage cost and my item price to a seller who I asked him to send my parcel. I received a broken overlocker sealed by hermes packaging trough parcel 2 go . I complained and requested my compensation via numerous emails,they kept ignoring my request despite they charge me £1.5 extra on booking to guarantee my parcel would be delivered safely. I ended up to buy the broken part for another £70 from Us plus labour fee to replace the part. awful company, avoid them

Terrible company, bought extra compensation for some mugs I was sending via DHL and they smashed the whole parcel. Crockery isn't included with the compensation but they are quite happy to take your money so you presume it is! Will never use them or DHL again. Out of pocket for £40!

Paid for next day delivery that never happened then after 2 full days of chasing them was told it would be within the next 6 days....!! No apology given and the response was very copy and paste, after waiting 4 more days with no communication whatsoever and many more hours of chasing them up we were told they attempted to pick up the parcel and that there was nobody home, this was a complete LIE ..!! Then we were told they would try to pick it up again the following day even though they had LIED about trying to pick it up the first time...!! Guess what happened next, the next day comes and nothing yet again...!! Now in the process of chading a refund as I had to arrange for a far more competent company to deliver the package, this disgusting company should not be used or trusted by anybody and even if only one other person does not use this company the world would be a better place, AVOID AVOID AVOID....!!!

Poor service, destroyed 2 statues a week or so apart, not insured as prohibited items pretty much exclude anything you may want to post, so be warned, your items are probably not insured even if you paid extra for that, and they disrespect your items whilst in transit so all that gets delivered is rubbish fit for landfill. Pay a little extra elsewhere..

Used this company for years as it was easy but everytime there is a lost parcel or damage they make it as hard as possible to claim if you can actually get hold of them.
Sent a parcel and they smashed it in half. A Karcher carpet cleaner how hard is it to do that! Offer the £200 compensation but not the £19 I paid for the privilege! Use a company that values customer loyalty!

Sent a fully insured parcel from the UK to spain to a family member with various items worth around £30 plus £10 for the delivery. After 2 months they finally realise its been lost and ask for supporting documentation that its been lost, I send them loads of documents confirming what was inside and with the tracking status, etc. They refuse to refund because I didn't send them the correct documents for proof of what was inside, even though I did send "myEbay" screenshots and they told me that would be allowed. So I lost £40 on these thieves, Stay away

Don't bother with this company, unless you want to waste your money and time. They collected my parcel, lost it and couldn't even refund the money paid for the service/ postage. There's a reason their prices are cheap.

Parcel went to Hermes to deliver to customer. Not received them lost in Hermes system. Hermes found it then allegedly were going to send it back to me. Parcel2go then simply closed the case. BUT it never arrived and I can't get any change out of P2G. No contact number etc. I then go on their live chat and they say I'll here back in 1-2 days. Week later nothing. Appaling customer service
