The food was horrible and tasteless, the only good thing was the fortune cookie, no flavor! Everything dried and salty. I will not buy again at Panda Express

Never EVER GO THERE! The food is atrocious, DRY, TASTELESS, OVERPRICED, OVERCOOKED.
Didn't eat this concentration camp garbage.THE WORST, THE PLACE IS RUN BY CHILDREN. I thought that there was an age limit, or a law about underage kids working. They were RUDE to top it all off. WASTE OF MONEY! WHY DO PEOPLE WAIT IN LINE FOR THIS CRAP! If I could give them a negative -100 I would! WARNING WARNING WARNING---- STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I've never eaten at Panda Express and my teenager and I decided to give it a try... we were really hungry. What a huge disappointment. We both ordered the Honey Sesame Chicken with white rice. We picked up our order and hurried home to dig in. Food was dry and unappetizing; chicken tasted like cardboard and wondered if it were real chicken I consumed. The majority of the meal sits covered as I type this review. Needless to say, I won't ever visit any Panda Express in the future. I guess I got what I paid for at $6 a meal. Next time, I'll spend more elsewhere for better quality food.

They are always running out of food. What gives? Do they not know how to manage quantities? I can understand out of chicken here and there. But my local store runs out of sweet and sour sauce. How does that happen?
I love the food but I can't ever rely they will have it or not. It's a shame..

Ordered 2 bowls at Bastrop, TX online. Went in to pick up and it was ready. But when we got home, the whole order was wrong. Didn't go back because we live in the country, but it was a big disappointment. On our next trip we told them about this. No apology, nothing offered to make it right, Nada! Not what I expected for their mistakes.

Food under the warmer too long dried out shouldn't be served. No sauce for fried Rangoon unless you ask for. This location is not like it used to be

I generally don't have any complaints about Panda Express, but today I was craving it so stop before coming hone. I was very disappointed that the Orange Chicken tasted old as if it had been sitting there all day. I visited the Panda Express on Cobb Parkway in Acworth, GA around 5 pm. I really understand the situation we are all currently in at moment but at least serve fresh food if you're open for consumers to spend their money. Now I'm uncertain if I will go again due to service given today. I ordered the big plate and that was one of my selections. Also, notice in the picture the broccoli was over cooked.

I'm a repeat customer, 3-4 times a week. I order the same thing everytime, black pepper chicken and they remove it from the menu. Why? Just because it doesn't fly off the shelf like orange chicken. Who gives a sh**, we don't all want everything fried. They just lost my 60 dollars a week. Children's hospital just lost a weekly donation as well. Good job a$$h*les!

We just ordered a FAMILY FEAST from the store on Scottsville road in Bowling Green. They have changed the containers. We no longer get enough food for a family of 4. Will NOT be going back. NOT worth the amount they charge.

First time going to this place located at 77 sunshine strip in Harlingen Texas. I heard that food was really great. So I get to the drive thru, place my order, pick it up at the window drove 12 miles home only to find my 2 egg rolls missing. I called back and rude manager told me that I had to go back and pick them. Nah, I don't think I'll ever go there again.

We eat P. E. about once a month and usually enjoy it... but tonight was just not great. They were very busy so we waited for our mobile order, which is totally fine... but it was a chilly night and of course the restaurant is closed due to Covid. First off, I didn't get the fried rice in my plate that I ordered, and it's my favorite item I got chow mein instead, and it was just flavorless. Our super greens were waaaay undercooked... like literally raw broccoli and cabbage. Very hard and bitter. We really tried to enjoy the meal... it was just almost impossible tonight

The food is good but it shouldn't take 15 minutes to pay and leave AFTER the food has been dished up when the line is out the door and there is no dine in. Disorganized group.

Ordered online for Postmates to deliver. When I received my order the complete order was wrong. Panda blamed it on Postmates picking up the wrong order. However, the receipt had our name on it but the entire order was wrong even on the receipt.I paid more for my order than the one we received. So it was Panda that mixed up the names and orders but refused to take responsibility. Really bad business and incompetent. Need to train their workers to be more diligent in getting the orders and names correct. I’m sure that the people that received our order weren’t happy with what they ended up with either. This was the Panda Express in LaQuinta CA on highway 111.

Went to location on Hollywood Blvd and 441,
It was 9:06pm, read on line that they close at 9:30pm. They had main door closed and side door semi opened, went in and was told that restaurant was closed and it was only opened for side curb pick up and said that for this time they were going to serve me.
They did not have the teriyaki chicken on the front so I asked if they could check on the window buffet, manager rapidly said we do not have more, that's all we have without even making an effort to go and check, window buffet section is 2 steps away all she had to do is turn around and look.
Panda you need to teach your representatives to be more efficient and give people a little more respect.
And I am not going to tell you about cashier's attitude, that would be another page.

Just for some of you all that's unaware of this restaurant. They are the top most racist company I've ever seen since I been living. They all have illegal immigrant that work in all locations mostly the cooks they name change every time they send to a different location. Be careful where you spend your money at because panda express is ran by bad people from my experience and my option especially Kevin yang he's really racist.

Your employees at the Savannah location treat people like crap and expect them to patronize your business. They took my order, made me pay, did not explain anything to me and expected me to be a mind reader to know that it will take longer than 10 mins for the food to be ready. The entire time that I was just standing there waiting for some explanation for the delay/for my food to be given to me, they were attending to others in line but just ignored me. I then demanded for a refund, and I was told (by these employees with attitude problem) that I will get the refund on my card. When I asked how long it will take for the refund to appear, I was told it will it will take awhile. It has been 3 months, and you are yet to issue a refund. Instead I was asked to call a 1-800 number, and they now claim I should have made a complaint for my refund. Well I was not told that I needed to make a formal complain for my refund. As a matter of fact no store/fast food has ever done that. I do not care if it is $13.86, I still want my refund. You don't get paid for not issuing a customer her food, for having an attitude with the customer, and above all, disregarding that said customer.

Manitowoc, WI location. I went to pick up my order that I placed online, and the male employee operating the cash register was shockingly rude! I reached for some chopsticks that were on the counter and he screamed at me!! If I wasn’t supposed to grab chopsticks, why are they on the counter where I can reach them, and why is there no sign stating not to. Screaming at a customer is beyond expected, and caught me completely off guard by how extremely unprofessional it was. I checked my bag, and saw that the plum sauce and soy sauce that I selected online and also added to the special directions, were not in my bag. I asked the same man if he could please get me soy sauce and plum sauce. He acted like I just ruined his day by asking him a question, and then stomped to the back room. He returned with 3 packets of plum sauce. (I’m ordering for multiple people). I said, did you grab any soy sauce? He said Sorry I forgot... so I asked him to get me soy sauce and to please bring more plum sauce as 3 would not be enough. Angrily he goes back and comes back with 1 more plum sauce packet and 3 soy sauce packets...... Then before I can say anything else he sarcastically said have a good night and immediately walked away. So I said back sharply, ‘You know, you could be a little happier!’ And then I left the store. I was in such a sad and frustrated mood because of this experience and told my boyfriend I would write this review when I got home. When I did get home, my order was wrong, and they didn’t give me the egg rolls I ordered! No person should have to experience this and be made to feel this way just because they wanted dinner.
To make matters worse: They did not give me my receipt so I could place feedback on the website. They gave me the “Grill Ticket” with my order on it. I have the order number, time, my name, pick up date and time, but I do not have a store number or the code required to complete the feedback on the Panda Express website as suggested on the back of the grill ticket. I feel like they’re almost intentionally trying to prevent feedback from this type of experience! If you look at the other reviews, I’m clearly not the only person who is experiencing this at the Manitowoc store, and I really hope this gets resolved!

They never have their menu. Something is always missing. Even if you order and pay ahead of time. The manager doesn't call you back even after being left a message. This is the second time showing up and we came early and they said to me this is it for the night. We were here well before closing. The last time really left a bad taste in my mouth, where I ordered and payed for the food before getting to the location which is about 25 mins from my house. I really am disappointed. I don't think we will be back to the Apopka location. The nearest one after that is 40 minutes away. So our two to three times a month with be slim to none. Hopefully some changes are made at this location because business isn't going to get better with menu items always missing.
