Problems with website. Out of resources, after upgrade still the same. Seems that the upgrade only covers disk space. Asked for my money back, since the NO response.

On the advice of your staff after the first problem: You must upgrade.

21 Jan 2020 - Before just make an upgrade on shared hosting yoy must be sure what resource is being overloaded. Like CPU, RAM, DISK...
If its a matter of CPU or RAM its better to have at least a virtual server where all the resources available on that server can be used by your account.

Adendum: Yes after several tickets Today Mon, 27 Jan 2020 10:08:50 response: Sorry theres no downgrade option.

As I have been using Panamaserver.com service long enough I have decided to drop a line about their perfect service.
They provide plans which contain many useful resources which are necessary for running a website successfully. Their cloudlinux is great and it has a better resource management.
By the way they are the only datacenter in Panama providing ipv4 and ipv6. There is also a ddos protection which is provided by request. They are using solid state hard disk on all their servers and nodes and this translate to very fast write and read times. And their technician s ate skillful and helpful in fixing issues if they occur.
This host is the best I have ever used.
