The Bloominous representative we spoke with e-mailed us today and informed us that they 'misread' our paperwork. Because of this they were no longer able to offer us services because they missed the cutoff window to place the order...
Let me rephrase that: They made a mistake, and as a result of their mistake, we no longer have a florist. When I reached out to them for clarification the representative acknowledged her mistake and apologized, and that was it. We are without a flower vendor and they are walking away. I asked her to confirm that we would not be receiving service due to their error, which she did, but then tried to place the blame on my fiance as well.
I spoke with her manager who also acknowledged their mistake, and said 'I'm really sorry about that' as though that made things ok.
DO NOT trust a company that will cancel services on you for a major event after they make a mistake. A good company would not make a customer suffer for their error. A good company would find some way to try to make things right for a customer that they let down. This is not a good company. We walked away with empty promises and empty apologies.

What had started out as a stress free day turned stressful the minute I saw the flowers.
My daughter’s wedding was a destination wedding. I did not know any of the florist in the area and when I came across Bloominous online, I decided to hire them.
My order came to $1560. This included 1 brides bouquet, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 groom boutonniere, 6 groomsmen boutonnieres, 8 wrist corsages, 5 parent boutonnieres, 2 large table & archway arrangements, 21 mason jar arrangements, a large order of flowers for the wedding cake and 14 bunches of silver dollar eucalyptus greenery.
Blooming Collective of Knoxville TN was who Bloominous contracted to fulfill the order. When the flowers were delivered the day of the wedding, I was dismayed. The only flowers that were presentable were the brides bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets but there were still some brown tinged roses in the bouquets. All of the boutonnieres were huge and did not resemble what I had ordered. They were wrapped in a ribbon and it was secured with a straight pin that was approx ½” in length and there was no way to pin it onto the guys jackets. If I left the pin that was holding the ribbon on the boutonnieres, the guys would get stabbed. The wrist corsages were poorly constructed and whole flowers were falling off of six of them. They also had bright yellow flowers that were supposed to be white. They stuck out terribly. The other two corsages had petals that were wilted and brown. None of the corsages resembled the photos on the Bloominous website. NOT.EVEN.CLOSE! There were very few of the mason jar flowers that could be used. I would have come out better going to the grocery store and purchasing flowers. The alter arrangement was completely wilted and most of the flowers were dead.
The “large” order of cake flowers, which cost $59, were 9 roses, wilted and brown and branches of the silver dollar eucalyptus and seeded eucalyptus that was wilted. When I spoke to the florist, she immediately went on the defense. I was told, by Blooming Collective, the flowers showed up to her florist looking like that and she did the best she could. I asked her if the order showed up to her florist looking that bad, why didn’t she call me to give me a heads up. She had my contact information. I could have bought more flowers. We could have worked together to resolve the problem. I was told it “wasn’t her problem”.
Thank God the wedding coordinator had arranged flowers for the rehearsal dinner the night before and was gracious enough to retrieve them to replace some the dead flowers the florist delivered.
I contacted Bloominous on the first business day after the wedding to voice my concerns and was asked to send them photos. I sent photos and remarks from 3 of our other vendors explaining the condition of the flowers. After several phone calls and emails, I was notified by email they would reimburse me $123. They based the refund amount on what they saw from my photos and our photographers photos on facebook. What they failed to acknowledge was my coordinator replaced a decent amount of the dead flowers with her own flowers. I was told Blooming Collective sent Bloominous photos of her arrangements before she delivered them and Bloominous said they were in great shape. Really confusing since the florist said they arrived at her florist in bad shape. Honestly, I was treated like I had dreamt all of the issues and was trying to take them for a ride. I have never, ever been so insulted. I have called Bloominous five more times and sent three more emails with no response.
Save yourself a lot of stress and go to a local florist. DO NOT TRUST YOUR DAY TO BLOOMINOUS, IT’S NOT WORTH IT!!

This is a very good and visually appealing cloud bases CMS/Web dev system. I would say it actually works best for a user with moderate understanding of web development as some bits are less intuitive than others ..... BUT PageCloud is constantly being updates and evolved to meet feedback from users. What is excellent about the system is the support team. There is a help/chat feature and the team are simply excellent. Our consultancy has decided to use PageCloud for a second web experience (productised experience) instead of going through a bespoke development route. It is well worth considering, and those with a design background/creative eye will love it.

Not on just this issue but any issue or question i have had you have answered and helped me better than any customer service that i have ever experienced anywhere.
I was ready to give up a couple of times but you and all your customer service people kept me going i can never thank you enough.
I was trying to get this website operational for my wife and her new face painting business, so it has very special meaning to me.

I would ONLY recommend PageCloud if you have the SIMPLEST of websites. Beyond that, it will let you down. It is SO buggy. From simple editing bugs with things jumping around and changing themselves (like line spacing that changes itself while you're editing and cursors that jump around and don't start where they land), to deeper, structural issues.
For example, if you create a landing page on your website and FORWARD a URL to it, it won't render properly in mobile? Why? "Yes, there is no way around this. As PageCloud is only designed to have a single custom domain to attached to a site that is all we can guarantee will load correctly. When forwarding a page to a secondary domain we don't have any control on how it is loading or reading the code from your site, so that can often lead to delays in updated information from the editor or loading a 'wide' site when loading on mobile devices." Their solution? Buy an entirely new hosting package (around $200/year) for each and every page you want to forward a URL to and have show up correctly in mobile. Right.
I don't understand how PageCloud can have so many bugs in such ESSENTIAL components, and still sell themselves as a viable website solution. We have wasted SO MUCH time and energy trying to navigate this platform, and have invested SO MUCH to use it, and it just keeps letting us down over and over again. Completely unreliable and unable to be trusted.

PageCloud is the single BEST web design company I've ever tried. I've tried Wix, WordPress, Joomla, and other hosting companies where I've hand coded the website, yet PageCloud has been the best experience of them all. Sure, there are features that lack, but the simplicity, let alone, the support, is the reason I chose to stick with PageCloud. They are growing and so are the features they provide, slowly bridging the gap on features. I definitely recommend this company!

Customer service is good to work with. IF there's a question that needs answering, the help is always there. I've found that as they get busier and busier... the wait time gets a bit longer (but that's normal anyways right?)

Amazing product and it keeps getting better! With PageCloud's platform, I have been able to create a highly convertible website for my company by being able to make continuous changes in minutes without waiting for a developer to do it. We were also able to build landing pages and use Google Optimize to optimize their design and effectiveness. This helped us grow our business. Who doesn't want a website builder that helps them increase revenue and business?!

I’ve been with PageCloud since day one and I always loved it. The best part, for me, as one not proficient with technology, is the ample customer support. I got this originally because I don't know the code needed to work with WordPress, and don't like the idea of downloading widgets. With PageCloud, it's all drop and drag, with an intuitive menu of choices. You can even import a whole web page.

Every time I use the pagecloud editor they've added improved functionality. I've been with this company from the startup and it's been so great to have an idea, design it, and immediately intergrate it into a new page or brand new site instantaneously.
I'm so hooked to the way pagecloud let's me design as an artist that I simply can't...and won't...use any other platform.
I hate coding and came from all those template sites to open pagecloud like a whole new world...I feel like a creative explorer and not someone bogged down by limitations. Pagecloud has set my imagination free! The team is the best, most responsive group of innovators on the cyber planet.
