I bought a pair of Nitrofuse from their online store. I wore them a couple of times but continued to have discomfort all along the instep of my right foot. Left foot was fine. I emailed customer service to explain that the right foot obviously has a flaw in the sole. I was told that because I had removed the tags I could not return them. Also they asked could I take a picture of the flaw. How can I take a picture when it is internal? Refused to help me in any way.

I love Asics products they are good quality. Just Terrible !!! customers service!!!. Returned product to store and got confirmation. Now waiting more that one months to get refund.
Somebody have this expierence with store?

Recently purchased a pair of Asics GT2000-4 running shoes from the Asics outlet at Cheshire Oaks. The left shoe of the pair has been put together incorrectly close to the front of the left arch which has caused some discomfort. On returning the shoes for a like for like exchange I was advised that I couldn't return them as I hadn't had an in store gait assessment and I may have bought the incorrect 'type' for my feet.
After a rather patronising march up and down in my socks for a 'gait assessment' I was told I should have had a cushioned shoe rather than a control one and as there was nothing obviously wrong with the shoes I was trying to return I couldn't have an exchange.
So after wasting four hours of my Friday afternoon to make a 10 mile round trip and waste £20 in fuel I now appear to be a liar who has nothing better to do than waste his time trying to exchange a non-faulty shoe for another pair exactly the same?!
Asics, your customer service would be a disgrace if there was any.
