I paid extra for two-day delivery, which would have been today. Now I have been notified that delivery will take at least 4 days, so I will be receiving it too late.

I placed an order a few months back for some water bottle labels for my wedding this coming year. I was charged how I should have been, and then a day later I get a call saying they weren't doing my order...no explanation. So I waited a few months, thinking that maybe the stock or something wasn't there. So I placed my order a week ago, got the package yesterday and the 250 labels I purchased to be personalized were completely wrong. I customized them to read mine and my fiance's name and the date of our wedding in a brown color. When I opened the box, all of the labels only had the word "and" and a black line. Completely wrong and not what I had paid for.Who would order 250 blank water bottle labels? Did they think I wanted to "write" in the names on every single one? I immediately called customer support and told him I would like my money back...to sum up the rest he tried to tell me I HAD to pay for my return shipping label! I put my foot down and said I am NOT paying for the return label. He found a way to waive the $6.99 shipping charge and they are refunding me for my order minus the $25.00 shipping fee. Terrible experience and will never be ordering from this company ever again.

I placed an order. I paid $37.00 for overnight shipping. By 7 pm when I did not receive my package, OT stated the items I ordered could NOT ship overnight. Funny how I didn’t get an email stating it would not arrive overnight. I will NEVER order from this company again!!!!!!

Instead of using PayPal I disclosed my credit card info and just 2 days after my credit card was used on 3 different online sites with a total of $600. This is very suspicious because this was the only company that I gave my credit card info to including billing address and CSV/expiration date. When I referred to their website below is what I see and it clearly says that our information can only be read by their Customer Service Department.. Right now I am dealing with credit card disputes... Is your Customer Service Department qualified enough to handle such a confidential information? Did they pass background checks to be able to handle confidential info?

I bought some things from this website about two weeks before my son's first birthday party. The package stated it was delivered but never actually made it to my home. As a mother who is throwing a birthday party in now 3 days... I contacted them and they re shipped my item for delivery before the Saturday party!!! Oriental trading not only saved this momma's sanity, but saved a birthday party! 10/10 recommend to anybody and everybody!

Ordered fr them for a Christmas party and decided to pay for expedited shipping for 12/12. 12/12 came, nothing was delivered.

Checked tracking and showed 12/13. Then tracking showed out for delivery at 1009am on 12/13. By 8pm, 12/13, nothing. Called n Oriental trading Customer Svc basically tells u, "thank u for yr money but ultimately, it's not their problem, they are not the carrier for delivery". You paid for expedited shipping? That means nothing, it's on their site as a joke! Customer disappointed or upset? Oh, d mighty Oriental Trading Customer Svc will refund you the shipping cost or they will issue a $25 store certificate?!?!

First, save the $25 crap, never buying from them again. Then suggested I go call UPS?

Fine, called them. UPS said Xmas Season, drivers work late, stay up till midnight and wait pls n call back again if nothing is delivered. Of course, nothing was delivered and tracking miraculously changed from "out for delivery" on 12/13, to "in transit" on 12/13, to now, "Monday, end of day 12/16, cos UPS San Jose Hub opens 5 days a week?!

This is a nightmare. Unless you don't care much about whatever you are purchasing from them, else, NEVER trust them as a supplier for parties or important events.

Even when Oriental Trading doesn't deliver even if you pay for expedited shipping, no worries, they have a just as inefficient carrier who doubles down, and ensures whatever you have planned is a failure!

If you are looking for items that are not in stock then this place never has what you want in stock. Ordered something and a week later get an email telling me it's out of stock. Do not waste your time. Mickey Mouse operations.

I don't know what their problem is, I've called a dozen times and they won't stop sending me catalogs. I get two a week filled with useless garbage and call every time I get one. I've never ordered anything from them, don't know anybody that has, and yet I can't get them to stop.

I ordered a lot of stuff and received all early!! Very pleased with quality of product! I am preparing for another order.

Don't order from them, I ordered grad stuff and only got 1/2 my order I did not open it up thinking it was all there has I have ordered from them before. There stuff is junk go to a local party store it will save you stress and worry.

I ordered candy as favors for a sweet 16 party. I live in S. Florida and asked specifically how they would get the chocolate candy to me without it melting. I was put on hold and the customer service rep returned and told me they ship with dry ice. Got the order on time and - NO dry ice . Melted candy. When I called the customer service rep said oh no we don't use dry ice I don't know why you were told that. I wouldn't have ordered it had I know that. I received a refund but the party is in 4 days and I have to find new favors. Won't be ordering again from them.

I wouldn't even give a one star. I ordered a gift for my grandson in plenty of time. Got lost, somewhere. Ordered again. "Bummer, can't find order" it states. Really? After being told it was shipped twice

Never had a problem with mindware or oriental trading but this year I bought one gift and they didn't charge sales tax and pay PA. Now I've gotten a notice that says they're reporting my purchase to PA and I'm responsible to file a special form to pay, literally, $2.45. What a pain. I'll never bother with this company again.

A order was placed with them. They canceled the order without notifying me and when I check on the status they said someone called and cancel the order next day which is completely untrue! I was depending on the item to arrive in 2 weeks and 2 weeks later I'm told too bad I need to reorder. This is the reason why amazon is stealing all of your business. They don't treat their costumers indifferent and makeup things. I am so upset. I will use other dependable company for my supplies needs. Others should think twice before ordering from this website. It completely wasted my time.

Up until this month, I was a regular customer who was happy with my purchaes. The company did not charge me sales tax and delivered a letter in February saying I owed sales tax. They provided little information so that I am paying tax on exempt products in my state because they mixed taxable and non-taxable and provided false tax information to my state. I will now buy from Amazon who can probably handle state taxes.

So annoying to get a notice that I have to go online to pay a sales and use tax for the state I live in because the company didn't include that in the purchase. So you have to go through all the trouble of filing and paying the tax yourself come tax time. What a waste of time and total pain in the butt. I'm never ever ever purchasing this cheap crap ever again.

Ordered 200 glow bracelets for event. Several of them broke, leaked filling or didn't bend. Have been satisfied with this prooduct in the past, but will not re-order for future events.

I ordered 9 items for Operation Christmas Child gifts. Coloring "books" are pamphlets not books. Plush bears are not "plush". Cheap quality for money spent $134.00. Returning entire order. Will go to Walmart for better quality.

Paid with a credit card. Safe one might think, right? Oh no! I was having issues (or so I thought) with unauthorized charges on my credit card. Because Oriental Trading's charge didn't say Oriental Trading I thought it was bogus and disputed the charge. *Immediately* upon finding out the error I spoke with my credit card company about my mistake and had them charge my card again. That was in April. I am STILL dealing with this as Oriental Trading can't find the money (despite my confirming it had actually been paid. Now they are threatening *me* with collections??? I have sent them documentation from my credit card company about 4 times now and they "can't find it in their records." Will NEVER use this company again!!

I, like many others, have ordered a handful of items from this site for my wedding after receiving numerous catalogs in the mail. I only received one out of two of my packages and within it was a singe item from my order. The other three items were for another couple, even including a customized lawn sign complete with a photo of them along with their names and the date of their wedding. The thing that disturbed me the most was that their wedding was dated three days after I got the package. I was so sad for them that I honestly shed a few tears. My mother called customer service and after a long talk she had to suggest to the fella on the other line that he should contact the couple. As if he couldn't think of doing so himself! ALSO, my stepmother ordered stickers from the site to use on my favor bags and she received the wrong ones and had to reorder! My own order was reshipped and it hasn't arrived yet, but I'm feeling somewhat hopeful since this situation only happened five days ago. It's safe to say that I will be going to a party store for my next event after this fiasco.

My package arrived 10/26 and was stolen off my doorstep. Called Oriental Trading Company 10/29 and the replaced my order free of charge and sent it overnight just in time for Halloween!! Thank You Oriental Trading Company!!!

I ordered 1000 white,wedding m & m's. A lot were cracked and broken and the candy had a greasy film on it, very disappointed
