Poor service. no response over phone or email. I understand my order was placed during Easter holidays, but I cant get reply after holidays or answer my calls. Please understand I am in USA with 8 hours behind your time. I had to call you early in morning to speak during business hours. I have tried contacting through Instagram. However, only response I got that someone will reply after the Holidays which I did not get any reply. I tried posting on Twitter but it is not active account. Currently in my order status it shows pending payment in spite of paying in full. I did not know whether you have shipped my glasses. Best part Fedex will not deliver because you have sent invoice and appropriate documents. Also forgot to mention that I get emails for not processing order due to non payment. Thanks for giving best support given by your team and not considering my time, money and effort. I wish I could give negative rating.

I don't recommend. I am realy upset!!! What a terrible and poor service. Instagram account is active, they are adding stories and no one answered me after second message about my status of the order. Shipping was ordered as express (1-7 days). It is 3rd week and I still don't have any information and I didn't the package. They wrote me at first that my item is avaiable, then that they need to provide originality. So I waited. It tooks more then 7 days - (9 days), then I have to write message and ask about the status of the order. They wrote me, that my order is waiting when the item will be avaiable. W*T*F?! Why do you lie to your customers. I am realy dissapointed. You don't inform you customers about their items and about process? Everyone have to ask you about information. This is your business! I am so happy that i paid via PayPal. BASSOL OPTIC NEVER AGAIN!

Dont ever buy from them , ever !
I ordered DIOR hat for 200€ and first they sent me the wrong color , while when i contacted them , they said that the color i ordered was already out of stock ( Like , hello , just notify me on that and do not send the wrong item i dont need ).
BUT MOREOVER , they propesed to send it back for "free" and ordered the Fedex pickup , and all looks good , but 2 weeks later i received warning from Fedex that i have to pay them shipping fee of 30$ !!!
When i contacted the bassol.about the issue they said that they will solve it somehow , and it was about 2 months ago. From here to there , after about 20 emails i sent them begging to solve the issue ,and today after the final warning from Fedex , i had to pay it by myself. I have no time for that and dont need any bad record stored in Fedex system on my name. And till now Bassol not answered my emails for the last month... just total ignorance
Bottom line THEY sent me the wrong item , and I HAD to pay for the return !
Guys , be informed , if you buy from them , you may not receive what you want and moreover pay later for their mistake . Horrible customer experience!!!
