OG in Huntsville Alabama.
Let me start by saying his.... I DONT WRITE REVIEWS. This OG is the worst. Smells as though a dirty mop was used. The server was so new, she was unable to clear her own tables and serve. My wife and I had the soup & salad (3 Bowls each) which we waited patiently for.
Not a fan anymore. OG has lost another patron.

Horrible online ordering experience
They withdrew two payments and when my wife went for carside pickup, staff had no record of my order..covid 19 has been an unexpected setback for all of us...as a small buisness owner who has it half figured out..up against a huge entity such as olive garden..maybe staff could have been more understanding and prompt to rectify an order or complaint..sad service at this establishment..if I ran my garage this way,,I'd be bankrupt with no employees...

Ordered the Chicken Parmesan on my way to work when I finally got a chance to eat at 2 am I discovered I only had one chicken breast and the pasta had no sauce on it at all, so I called the restaurant today and was told I should have called when I first discovered it, DUH! They close at 10 pm. Not ever going back and that was my first time there, from now on I stick with Pasta House.

We recently visited the Olive Garden in Dickson City, PA at dinnertime, there was no wait time as the restaurant was not overly busy. Both of us ordered the soup, salad and breadsticks for our meal. The waitress took our order when we placed our drink order (as we had already been seated for nearly 10 minutes); brought our drinks and our salad and first order of soups came out fairly quickly. She returned to the table about 10 minutes later and we ordered more soup and another salad and again, she returned in a timely fashion. After finishing this, we decided that we would like more soup, we waited approximately 10 minutes after we were done and she hadn't returned so we pressed the call server button on the kiosk...nothing. We waited another 5 minutes after the call server light went off and summoned her again....again, nothing. By now we had been done with our meals for nearly 1/2 hour and the waitress hadn't returned to see if we wanted anything else. At this point we decided we would leave as we were thoroughly disgusted with the whole visit. I went to pay the bill on the kiosk and it hadn't been uploaded. AGAIN...summoned the server via kiosk----and AGAIN...nothing. At this point I decided that obviously we meant nothing to that waitress as she had been to the neighboring table and taken their drink orders, served their drinks and took their food order, and delivered their salad and breadsticks to them and paid zero attention to our table. I went to the hostess station and requested the manager...after a lengthy wait she appeared and upon hearing my story said she was sorry and would look into it. It will be awhile before I visit there again, and I certainly will forewarn anyone who may consider going there about the poor customer service at this establishment.

We ordered 5 meals tonight. My husband picked them up and when he got home realized the salads were not there. I called and the girl said “well if you want them, come back and get them.” Of course I was not happy and told her I was not. She said something about the pandemic and then told me if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else and hung up on me. I called back and ask for the manager and she hung up on me again. The third time I was able to talk to the manager and she did apologize and said they were short staffed. I don’t care how short staff you are, you don’t talk to a customer like that. We will not be going back.

Upon arrival I was told I had a 45 minute wait, and given a beeper to alert us for seating. After 1 hour, I went inside and asked what my status was for seating my family for dinner. The hostess was rude and unprofessional, to say the least. She told me she would beep us when the table was ready. When I told her we had already waited an hour, she told me to wait and by the way we can not seat you all together because of COVID 19. When I asked for a manger she was just as rude.

Best restaurant in Longview, Texas. This place was definitely covid-19 aware. All employees were wearing masks and they were cleaning tables after guest had left with a solution in a spray bottle. But not done yet, every surface was being cleaned when I arrived, for which the manager (Ruby) stated was an hourly ritual. Amid the current health crisis and with my heart problem, I can't wait to go back. I have ate at many restaurants there and this place is above the rest.

I will never spend another cent in OG. I had an issue where my gift card was already sold to another person and it was 0 balance when I attempted to use it. and OG absolutely refused to make good on it.

I will start out by saying that my husband and I are huge fans of Olive Garden. So as we do on all of our Anniversaries, we ordered food from one of your establishments. But today I was very unhappy with my curbside order. We ordered $64.14 worth of food this evening. But the chicken parmesan did not have any cheese on it. Our alfredo noodles were very dry, even though we paid extra for more sauce. Last but not least I did not receive my dessert. Which is part of the reason I love OG so much. This really was a disappointment to our special evening.
Dont know what the food is like. Have never been able to get into restaurant. This is a problem pre covid. The maitres in charlotte nc will have half of the restaurant empty, and say that there is a 45 mins wait. Does not matter what day or time. It is probably because they go by no. of waitresses, but during rush hour days and times, why dont they have enough waitresses hired to cover restaurant. On the bright side, it got me going to Chang's next door. Have to go to Monroe, or Gastonia and frankly the food is not that good.

After being on lock-down for months during this pandemic, I just had to take my mom out of the room before we both went crazy. I chose Olive Garden because they told me on the phone that all staff wear masks, keep 6 feet distance between customers, and disinfect all tables and chairs immediately after customers leave the table. They were telling the truth. In June of 2020, mom and I enjoyed a delicious lunch indoors for the first time since March of 2020. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Placed an order for 7pm on Mother’s Day early at 8am cause I knew they were gonna be busy. I get a call at 6pm saying they wouldn’t be able to fill my order due to large amount of online orders. I understand that it got busy but I places my order hours before everyone else. Also, they need to do a better job at notifying cancelled order early. It basically ruined our Mother’s Day plan.

I went to Olive Garden several times on Fridays in Springfield Nj on Rt 22. I ordered soup, salad and breadsticks mine you two orders. I get home & look @ my food since covid 19 ( curbside) the salad is a handful which I never had experience before! I can buy a head of lettuce & get more! I called the store & spoke to the manager telling him that I paid $9 for nothing ! I am very unhappy how they are taking advantage because it curbside ! For now on I have to check my food before I drive off!! Not happy

I ordered online for curbside pickup on Saturday . I received confirmation that my order would be ready at 4:21p.m. We arrived there on time and gave the information for pick up .He told us to park at a certain location which I didn't have to the person was already bringing our food out . Very organized and courteous . Brought the food home ,everything was as ordered . Very good and was warm when we ate the food . Didn't even have to heat it up.Thank-You Olive Garden in Whitehall,Pa. Capital a Heights location btw 3pm-4pm. I ordered the Special $12.99/ Take one home. I chose Lasagna and spaghetti. I have not tried the later yet but I was so disappointed with the lasagna that I had to stop and do a review. The lasagna was horrible and mushy.The noodles were grossly overcooked and/or microwaved. I trashed it! What happened? It was inedible! I will try the spaghetti tomorrow or not!

Talk about a pandemic! Mother’s Day was a nightmare trying to order and get your curbside pickup . I’m of the opinion if you can not accommodate the high volume of orders you should not be open. The Florence Ky. location had no idea what they were doing from start to finish. When I called my order in after 20 minutes finally getting through, I was told it would be about an hour in a half. Once my husband got there he said cars were lined up on the street to get on the lot. He had to wait an additional hour before receiving our order. Experience was horrible! Don’t tell your customers one thing if you can’t deliver on it.
