Avoid this scammers at all cost ordered 2 hats on 14/12/19. E mails sent Facebook messages sent no reply. Credit card company are trying to get my money back. Leeds United should having nothing to do with these scammers

Ordered a Dirty Leeds hat on Jan17th if this year and still waiting.Would of been quicker to walk to Angola,sheer the sheep myself and make the hat.Total waste of time and should not be allowed to have any name representing Leeds United.

Automated replies on messenger.
Nothing back at all from emails.
Dont bother buying from them.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company is a joke and SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST.
I ordered a tee shirt on the 18th November 2019 as a Christmas present for my son who was visiting from America over the holidays. The parcel arrived on JANUARY 10th 2020 nearly TWO MONTHS from ordering and a week after my son had flown back to the States!
From order I e mailed and FB messaged loads of times with one generic reply saying they were processing my order. They are a ghost company who don’t have a phone number and ignore all your contact.
To add insult to injury when the parcel arrived, the tee shirt is of an inferior quality, the screen print is very poor and their sizing charts are way off the scale and come in a lot smaller than they say.
To top it off there was a sticker on the rear of the parcel for Return Address which was 88b, High Street, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, England DL7 8PP which is literally a 40 min drive from me so I could’ve walked there and back in the time it’s taken to be delivered.
In comparison I ordered a product from China over the Christmas period and it arrived in 3 days.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND LEEDS UNITED SHOULD TAKE LEGAL ACTION TO REMOVE ANY ASSOCIATION THIS COMPANY PURPORTS TO HAVE WITH THEM.

Basically as above, didn't get my order and even though they give you an email address to enquire about your order they don't even reply. I'll have to see if there's any way I can get my money back via Trading Standards I suppose...

Appalling customer service. They do not answer your emails and there is no telephone number or address. They take your money immediately and you do not receive the goods. Basically daylight robbery and over £50 quid down the drain. If you do receive your order and need to return it, you need to do it within 20 days (according to the website and email them first) but they do not respond to any emails or communications via social media - so you wouldn't be able to return it even if you wanted to! I am normally so careful - avoid at all costs. They need to be reported to trading standards, but not sure if they are even based in the UK.

If you want to wait for five weeks for an inferior product use this company.
Shocking customer service. No phone number, generic replies on messenger and when threatened with legal action, a churlish reply was eventually received.
Please avoid and read the reviews before giving up your hard earned cash. Don't deserve any stars

Purchase not received even after 10 days. Sent 3/4 emails and still they don't reply. Would not recommend anyone shopping on this site. Disgraceful.. Very very poor customer relations.

I ordered a hoody from the Old School Leeds website on 1 September.
The hoody was a birthday present for my husband and I thought I'd ordered it in good time for 10 September, especially as their website clearly states they aim to get orders to customers within 3-4 days from date of order. I sent them 3 emails over the course of 3 weeks chasing my order and did not receive any reply at all. I also sent 3 separate tweets to them asking for an update on my order - again no reply.
I finally received my order 25 days after placing it only to find that the hoody has a hole in it. I have contacted them on 3 separate occasions over the course of 2 weeks via their website asking how I can return the faulty product for a refund. Their website says "please use the contact us part of the site to discuss any returns or swaps. We aim to give you an email back within 24 hours." I'm still waiting for a reply. This is really shoddy customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
