I ordered 18 items from Old Navy! Eighteen! ONE item arrived one time.
I called customer service SEVERAL times, only to be blown off and treated awful. Customer service... I don't think so. I will never purchase from Old Navy again. There are too many other options out there to receive such horrible service, Old Navy!

I would love to know how you order something get text it has ship and expected day to be delivered and of course due to weather things get put behind got that but then your text stop no delivery and you start to Chat with a moron customer Service person he cancels wants to cancel your order right away and takes 3 days to be refunded. But my order was suppose to be at my house 4 days ago never had arrived. Poor business I will never order or shop here again. People if you need something from Old Navy and you order it 4 weeks before you need it. It won't show up and your screwed.

I ask her about my rewards and my points. She then ask me if I enter my number. I told her she never told me that. Then she try to play ig off saying it got my points. I know it didn't. Ned to retrain ur staffs. Not happy at all. I'm a very loyalty customer too.

I am a loyal old navy customer, I mean hundreds of dollars a year. Well, I go to make a return and was denied, I used 3 different ID's and they were all denied. They won't even give you store credit! So, I had to call the 3rd party company who kept denying my return and I have to have a receipt (lost it) so now I'm stuck with $115 of clothes that don't fit. I will not be shopping at my favorite store again. Buyer beware!

Purchased a much needed winter coat that said 5-7 shipping days. Meanwhile, 3 weeks later and it's still not here. She credited my shipping yay. And I closed my credit card account with them. Poor customer service.

I ordered one item for my wife on Black Friday, Nov. 26th, 2020. Supposedly it was shipped the following day. It's now December 15th, and I still have not received it. After many phone calls they are telling me that my money will be refunded (let's hope so), and that the order was cancelled. How can any company operate this way? Surprised that they're still in business! I'll never attempt to buy anything from Old Navy again.

I have always ordered from Old Navy and love their clothes. The past few weeks I have ordered over $500 worth of clothes, mostly including jeans and sweaters for work. Unfortunately none of my packages arrived like they said they would and when I contacted customer service all they said was that my packages got lost so I need to repurchase all of my items. This is absolutely ridiculous and a lot of money spent on clothes to "be lost." I will not be purchasing from Old Navy anymore and terrible customer service.

My girlfriend has worked at old navy for about 2 months and they've been awful. First off she's a student so her availability isn't as flexible. They promised to accommodate her but they schedule her for during school. We then had her availability changed and they still did the same thing. They'll also schedule her for days that she specifically marked as unavailable. And it's not just once or twice. It's every single week. We've had to turn our lives upside down because my girlfriend is bending over backwards for a company that can't even pay her right. Countless times they've put her to work in a position that she's never been trained to do and it's driving her stress levels through the roof. It's absolutely ridiculous and no one should have to put up with some of the stuff they throw at her. I am utterly disgusted with some of the things i hear and for those reasons and many more i will never take part in anything having to do with Old Navy again.

I returned some items over a month ago. I have called several times and I get a different answer each time I call. Now I have to wait for an email to tell mw why my refund is so late. Ridiculous. I order everything on line and have made many returns to all kinds of stores. Including many clothing stores. I have never had so much trouble getting my own money back. Good thing I kept all my shipping and return information because they act like they don't know. Worst customer service!

Terrible customer service and horrible cancellation policies! Do Not order online from here! Website glitched and processed my order twice, immediately called in minutes and was told they were unable to cancel. Now items are on the way by Dec. 11th and customer support says I had to wait and return before getting refund. That means I tried to cancel immediately but will now have to wait weeks to get the money back in my account. Save your time and shop on Amazon!

What a horrible experience. The shopping itself was fine, however I had google for insulated pants in stress and a hurry I made a mistake that's on me, however I then called them right after placing the order and they had to put in a request to cancel my order which if they approved then I would get an email in two days, if not then I had to wait a week then try for a refund. Mind you it says in email they will not take any money from you until your items ship beware they take it immediately the second you hit that order button. I'll stick with I store shopping if I ever go to an old navy or mall area. Too much of a hassle. And to not even know if I can get my own money back wow!

I purchased an item on sale online and went the store to pick it up. They said they no longer had the color I bought. I said that was fine, I'd pick another color instead (all the colors were on sale at the time.) They said they would have to charge me full price because it was no longer on sale or I could get my money back. What?! Any other store wouldn't do this. Terrible customer service! I won't be shopping at Old Navy again.

I ordered 75$ of pants for work. 2 days later when I should have received them, I instead received an email saying oldnavy cancelled my order. When I called to try and figure put why, they said they cancelled orders in case of fraud randomly. They called my bank and tried to get unnecessary information. When they finally resent my order, they promised one day shipping to get the pants by my original shipping time. They should have been here Friday. Today is Monday. I am extremely disappointed and will never again shop with his company.

Why do my garments keep coming to me with alarm tags still on?! This is so infuriating! If I wanted to go to the store I would have done so in the first place! Not to mention it takes WAY TOO LONG for Old Navy to ship online purchases. I will not order from them online again!

So Old Navy and it's affiliates run these SUPER CASH events supposedly for customers to spend and then receive super cash rewards. Let's do the math, if you get 20 dollars off 50 in supercash, we are suppose to think we are special and being rewarded yet customers that do not receive supercash because they have not made qualifying purchases are still eligible to take 30 percent off their purchase on those supercash dates. BOTH promotions work out to the same discounts so Old Navy is doing absolutely nothing special for their loyal customers that are making prior purchases to receive supercash. What a hoax! Also their online prices do not match store prices and it all becomes very confusing. They are playing mind games. I'm done with them!

Seems as if a majority of companies have jumped on the pandemic bandwagon and are now in the business of adding the sale of face masks to their list of merchandise. Such a company is Gap/Old Navy.
The company uses words such as ASSORTMENT/ASSORTED/VARIETY in the description of their face masks, and yet customers will be disappointed when receiving them. My packs had as many as 3 duplicates, contrary to all the photos displayed online and the descriptions of the products. In my case, the company even went as far as fabricating information in their attempts to justify their false advertisement. One descriptive not used in their detail outline was "SURPRISE, " however, according to their argument, "customers were informed it would be a surprise pack." FALSE! Beware so if the same happens to you at least your expectations won't be as high as mine were.
There's no question that the company engages in the following:
What is Unlawful Advertising Practices?
A statement is found to be an example of false advertising claims either because it is literally false or because it is presented in a manner that causes it to be deceptive. Also, the statement can either contain or omit important information that would be necessary for a consumer to make an informed decision.
One form of deception is what is referred to as bait-and-switch advertising. This is when a company offers something that is desirable and replaces it with something that is not desirable when the customer attempts to purchase the desirable product.

I received an email (quite some time after ordering) stating that an item I ordered was sold out (well, multiple items, really) and can't be shipped to me. About 2 weeks later, it is now it is showing available?! Auto-replies to my multiple email attempts stating they don't respond and encourage you to call a phone number where you wait on hold 2+ hours before hanging up because no one ever answered. Also have a package with the majority of my items I ordered that has been "In transit to UPS" for a month... but again, I can't contact anyone to get it straightened out. So that's cool...

After watching the most disgusting commercial how Old Navy supports BLM, transgender etc... I will never shop with this company again! I will blast this all over the internet. This is a left wing company that went beyond inappropriate with their advertising! I can't wait until it bites them in the azz!

Quality of clothes really gone down I shop there a lot and the last few times it's been bad I keep saying I'll give another chance but no more them a employee made a horrible comment to a customer that made me sick. As much as I loved them I will never be back. U have ads on tv talking about love for all maybe u need to teach that to your employees instead of trying to get business from s ad that lies. I did tell the manager who actually laughed yea really funny. She tells me every one is just stressed due to the virus. Ok that does not give anyone a right to act this way. If you are stressed due to lack of business then maybe treat customers better so they will come back. Don't loose the few u Have

Forget it if you have any questions or concerns, you'll spend upwards of an hour + on hold "waiting" and then the representative is unable to help. Such a joke. Other than over the phone issues won't be resolved in any other form of communication (email, chat) What a way to run a business, such a joke of a company.

I order from them online, and shop in the stores. They have such cute, up-to-date styles for kids and teens. And it is an affordable option for adults who want to look hip without spending a fortune!

I ordered 3 pairs of pants and they all came and they were nice. The coolest thing was that I did the free shipping option and they delivered my order 9 days before that date. I received my order on the 14th instead of the 23rd.
My order was exactly correct. I have no complaints.
