We purchased two office tables and chairs from Ofiprix in the middle of July with the promised delivery in mid August.
Between the middle of August and early September, we contacted them at least 5 times to inquire on the status of the order and finally received a response last week that the office furniture will be delivered on September 12th between 9:00 & 17:00.
The furniture was not delivered, no one contacted us with an explanation or apology or to make alternate arrangements and multiple inquiries have so far gone unanswered by the company
10 weeks after purchasing office furniture from this company and we have to work on our dining room table with no end in sight to this fiasco.
Nearly 48 hours after the missed delivery, we have not yet received a response from the company, let alone an explanation or an apology! We did receive a simple automated type e-mail that the equipment will be delivered today (September 14th) between 9:00 and 17:00.
This was after we asked them for a refund in lieu of the office furniture being more than 4 weeks late already. It is now 17:00 and we have neither received confirmation that someone is coming, nor been contacted by the delivery people. Another missed delivery!
It is clear that this company´s management and staff are living in a parallel universe where the common rules on doing business and taking care of customers don´t apply.... absolute disgrace!
