the ram was all ok
shipping was ok
we are an Italian company with registered VAT.
we asked the commercial invoice.
was sent to us wrong 2 times.
sorry but you do not know the European regulations.
You are a company based outside Italy and you can (with italian VAT ID) invoices with VAT do to a company.
the goods coming from outside Italy.

It was not difficult for me to decide to buy from Offtek, since the difference in price between “official” XEROX ram and the one you sell is gigantic, less than 10% of the XEROX price.
