Website made it easy to locate the memory I needed by manufacturer and model number - no ambiguity.
(Have used twice so far)
Memory arrived rapidly - fitting was straightforward - turned the machines on and in each case - machines fired up now with memory doubled - no configuration required which was a relief to me.

The item was exactly as described and I received my order within 2 days, at no extra cost (delivery free).
I spoke to a lady at Offtek because this was the first time I had upgraded the RAM module in a pc and was a bit apprehensive about doing it but she put my mind at rest and couldn't have more helpful and pleasant.

Purchased a memory upgrade for my aging Dell laptop. The Offtek web site was noteable for helping me navigate to the correct part, and for answering some of the obvious questions like "what's the maximum memory that can be supported by my laptop ?" and "do I have to upgrade both of the installed memory cards ?" The part arrived 2 days later and was installed and working within minutes.
