Our old Dell desktop was extremely slow, thinking of ditching, so pleasantly surprised that memory upgrade still available. Offtek website was easy to use and locate parts required. I haven't tried installation yet, but useful to have some guidance, it looks to be straightforward.

In my opinion Offtek is a very professional and helpful company in supply and service,especially if you are not quite sure which item you require,which let's face it is a bit of a nightmare when trying to upgrade a computer or laptop yourself,you need to trust the advice of the seller and know that whatever they supply won't damage or trash your very expensive item,this company achieved this for me. I delt with a sales person ( Chris) who was most helpful and courteous, and with a lot of patience.

Fully recommend for memory cards, great communication, very helpful when asked about which memory is correct for your computer and fast with delivery, had slight problem with one card on laptop not working, no problem and they changed straight away no hassle. Now looking for any other computer to upgrade, and good prices, you could do no better than Offtek.
