Bought a battery/case for my Iphone 6s plus and if stopped working after only 2 days. Tried to contact Yota Enterprises to get a new one or a refund and they will not return calls or emails. Sent my sister to their address to verify they are there and no luck. As of this date still no contact or attempt to resolve this from them.

Went to home show in novi, mi, purchased 3 battery phone cases with screen protectors, didn't want to do it since we were due to upgrade in 6 months, but eligh the manager signed a piece of paper stating that I would get 2 free upgrades for all new devises and screen protectors when I upgraded, well hense the 6 months later and I go to call to get my promised new cases and screen protectors and no one returns the calls, you get a recorded message but speak to no one, then I file claim with my chase bank and they inform me there is nothing to do because I am now past the 120 days. THis is wrong for a consumer to get scammed and the criminals in the world just win DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I spoke to this man at the Las Vegas, G2E Exposition that was held last week. He is a fraud!! After what I have read online regarding this company, I am certain of it. I had my doubts. Seems that this man goes around and tries to steal peoples identities and rip them off through these events. It makes sense too, individuals are so busy making deals with ACTUAL clients and this guy (or multiples) come in like snakes and who knows what they are really up to. WATCH OUT!

On March 15th 2017 this year i attended a trade show in Las Vegas NV. While at the trade show, I purchased a battery charger . The merchant told me that the battery charger was 99.00 and i was charged 130.00. When i used the device it nearly fried my phone.,
i tried to contact the merchant through their website and the contact us form does not work and the phone number only rings through to a message line so i could not contact them
I have all of my bank accounts with JP Morgan Chase and have for a very long time - i have 2 personal accounts and 2 business accounts. I purchased this faulty device on a business charge card.
When i disputed the charge, having no other choice, Chase came back to me nearly 2 months after the dispute and told me that the merchant responded to them and will resolve the issue and that they will not reverse the charge.
This purchase was clear out and out fraud - they overcharged me and then lied to the bank. I have never heard from the merchant
Now i am stuck with this fraudulent charge and a device that wont work.
This company has a history of fraudulent business practices as noted by the litany of complaints.
