Thank you for the smooth installation we’ve had for the phone system this week.
Having Ashley and Harry on site until today has been so helpful as it has allowed us manipulate the system whilst we were using it to ensure we got the maximum out of the settings and remove any potential headaches for me from all staff members.
The new system has been very well received and Odyssey’s involvement was very well organised and professional and I just wanted to pass this along.

I am so pleased I found Odyssey Computer Repair Centre. They repaired my computer, (Vista) when others said it was not worth repairing, which to me it was. Great team, very professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Explained what they had done to get my computer back up and running. Very impressed, and would not hesitate to recommend them. Also very happy with the cost of repairs.

We have been with Odyssey for years and their service is great. Ashley is our usual engineer and he is very proactive when on site, he makes time to answer individual staff member questions and even works out of his usual working hours to accommodate our business needs.
Also Freya is great at coming up with personalised systems tailored to our needs, she was quick to attend a strategy meeting and actioned the solutions within 24 hours.
Overall a great service with very helpful staff.

Our installation engineer, Harry I think he was called, was absolutely superb, he had excellent knowledge and was able to answer any queries I had. Our system is now running faultlessly. I would recommend Odyssey systems to anyone considering using them.

We booked a package that included India and Nepal with Odyssey.This was the first trip we had organized with Odyssey and when we were going over the itinerary we noticed several five star hotels included. We joked to ourselves let's just see how "five star" they are when we get there. Well... they were exactly as advertised. Beautiful hotels close to shopping and restaurants, breakfast buffets that had 30 to 40 choices and top level service from all the staff.
There were just two of us in this tour and we were treated like royalty. A driver and a guide for every city and in each case they were knowledgeable, professional, on time and quite often good fun.
We were spoiled rotten on this tour and enjoyed every moment - our expectations were exceed by quite a bit.
I can heartily recommend Odyssey. They deliver what they promise and more. Thanks again to Catherine for putting together such a memorable trip.

Fantastic service, We selected Odyssey as they were the most professional firm to quote for our new system. Since the system has been installed the after care has been fantastic. We are a long term customer of Odyssey which says everything really.
Recently we had a fault which was reported via email at 4.45pm. Had a phone call the next day from Ashley, the Engineer, who stated that he was on his way. Ashley arrived as stated, was completely professional and knowledgeable about the phone system and rectified the problem without any issues. Some other companies I could mention could really do with a lesson in Customer Service from Odyssey.

Odyssey are a great company and always willing to go the extra mile to help. One of their engineers Sam has just worked his magic at one of our stores to fix an error that was going to cost us hundred of pounds if it was up the the telephone company! We are very grateful to Sam for all his help!

I have been with Odyssey now for 2 years and I cannot compliment the service enough, every contact via email, phone or in person is fantastic.
We have a lovely account manager called Louise Green, she is a credit to the company and I know whatever I require is dealt with immediately with full satisfaction. It's a pity they do not offer TV Packages because if they did Virgin/Sky would be given the boot!!

We've used Odyssey for over a decade for all of our communications.
Whenever I ring I get a professional person that's eager to help and takes ownership of whatever issue I might have. None of this call centre and log number rubbish - you get straight through to a member of their professional team and they just get the job done!
With over 100 shops it's reassuring to have Odyssey managing our broadband and phone lines - they'll often tell us they've dealt with a problem before we realise we have a problem!
As a retail organisation, their weekend service has saved the day on a couple of occasions - great service!
The telecoms industry is a very competitive area - and yes of course we've looked around - but we feel Odyssey offer the best value for money in the marketplace.
Looking forward to trouble-free telecoms for the next decade.

Having worked with Odyssey systems for the last 8 years in my current role and 4 years in my previous i feel they are real market leaders in the term 'CAN DO'. Their customer service is 2nd to none and i haven't met a company that will go to the lengths they Odyssey will go to ensure that our needs are met. They have several members of the team that go above and beyond especially Rob New who has assisted at all hours of the day and night.

I would like to give Ashley Hutchinson a mention today for going over and beyond the call of duty. Whilst having a problem with our system, the box was situated behind two large wardrobes. He emptied and moved them both to mend the faulty line and once fixed Ashley moved the wardrobes back and put the books and files back into the wardrobes. A massive thank you to Ashley (the patience of a St.) Great customer service - My star of the week.

Great customer service, starting from Matt in sales right through to Neil and the technical team in the implementation of the technical and often complicated setup at our sites. We originally turned to Odyssey to implement a new phone system at our busy family business on the A19 and have progressed to now having our internet supply provided by Odyssey at speeds dramatically faster than other potential suppliers have pitched. Odyssey have also revolutionised the way I can upload video content with my production company which is based at the site.
I am extremely pleased with the service since we became a client of Odyssey in 2013 and again a special thanks to Mike's team in what has been a complicated implementation but extra special thanks should go to technician Neil for his great customer service, in-depth technical knowledge and level-headed approach and I would most definitely recommend Odyssey systems to anyone looking for telecoms.

We recently moved offices and with Odyssey already looking after our phone system they were an integral part of the build/move process to ensure when the time came to relocate our staff everyone's phones would be working.
From the very start of the process Odyssey were always happy to answer any questions, or send over an engineer to check on the build to ensure everything is up to their high standards.
We have been in our new offices for about a month now and have encountered no problems with the phones or the system and are very pleased with the service we received from Oydssey Systems. We would highly recommend contacting them for any of your IT or phone systems needs.

After hours of not having a working fax for our business it only took Sam and Mitchell seconds to sort out our problem, and on the same day we reported the fault with the fax machine. They were a great team,very friendly and didn't tut tut too many times at our failed endeavours in trying to fix it ourselves.
That said we rarely have to call them as the service is always on the ball, that's the first breakdown I've had to report, and would recommend their company to support your systems.

I am delighted to say that we have been working with Mike, Christine and all of the odyssey team for over 8 years. They have become an integral part of our business as we have expanded and built a network of offices. we rely on telecoms and the internet for much of our business and all of our telephony is dealt with by them. The service is second to none and I mean none. Where else can you ring on a Sunday afternoon and have an engineer at your office by 8.00am the next day. Where else can you ring up and speak to the MD? Amazing service from a great local company who we are proud to be supplied by.

I would like to say a big thank you to james Walters for the support and help he gave me yesterday. He explained what I needed to do clearly as i was holding numerous wires and had no idea what went where!
As a result my lines were up and running within 5 mins. excellent customer care. Thank you again.
