We have been working with Odyssey since before I started at the company in 2011. They are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The most recent job done by Darren and Callum has been some cabling and a link from a new floor to the existing data cabinet on the ground floor of the building. All was done to an excellent standard and very efficiently.

Odyssey Systems visited our offices today and Louise was most helpful in providing us with a concise summary of the Options for our phone system going forward. She gave me details of which system she felt was best for us and why that was the case and what was even more pleasing this option was the cheapest.

Firstly, our business has recently utilised Odyssey's facilities to hold a meeting. Their offices are imaculate and their team were very accommodating, despite the request being at the 11th hour.

Secondly and most importantly we are very happy with the service which Odyssey provides at site. We understand that having a fully operational service on a construction site such as this is extremely difficult to manage; especially when companies are inadvertently cutting your hardline with a JCB, turning off a generator supplying power a dish or other distresses we often encounter. Odessey’s ability to react to such situations in this regard is quite honestly second to none and therefore we duly commend your team.

We use Odyssey for all our telecoms needs including multiple leased lines, ADSL, internal phone systems etc.

Two recent events prompted this review;

1) A connection went down at the end of the day and when logged with the Out of Hours team, I indicated no call back was necessary that night. The line belonged to BT and was not supported OOH and the branch had closed preventing access to the router.

Despite this their engineer took the trouble to call me at home to let me know the situation, that the call had been picked up and passed to BT and they would indeed need access to the router.

The issue was fixed first thing the next day.

2) Our receptionist uses a hands free ear piece which was getting old and one part was worn and starting to be uncomfortable but was not faulty.

Odyssey sourced and replaced the unit the next day, no quibbles, no problems. Excellent customer service delivered well.

We are quick to complain when things go badly, it’s only fair to offer praise when things go well.

The team at Odyssey are a pleasure to deal with, they have made our telecoms hassle free and are always on hand to help with any advice and ways to improve our system for the business.
Louise is so friendly and helpful despite our total lack of understanding about phone systems she breaks everything down so even we understand what great products are available to our business at affordable prices! We have never had such good service from any other provider so will be staying with Odyssey for the long haul!

We have used Odyssey Systems for many years now and they can always be relied upon to help us out when we need them. We switched to them when we became increasingly frustrated with a very well know telecommunications company.
If the phones go down we call and they answer straight away and are often already working on the issue.
Our rep Louise is so friendly and approachable and explains things in a way we can understand.
All of the technicians that come out are always brilliant and will take the time to show us what they are doing and why, especially Sam who has worked on a few projects for us now.
We would recommend Odyssey Systems to any business who wants to take the headache out of telecommunications! Great job guys!

Thanks to all involved with the new Installation. From Order to installation everything was handled very professionally. Time table ran to schedule and all was up and running to schedule. the team at Odyssey were a delight to deal with.

Odyssey are always on hand to help with any issues we have had. They work until the issues are resolved, and ensure that these are seen to quickly to avoid any delays within our business. We have had a couple of the engineers on site at different times and they are always polite and happy to help, as is our account manager Louise!

Odyssey Systems just installed a new phone system at our premises at Crystal Galleries in Middlesbrough.
The install was complex, however owing to the professional manner and "can do" attitude of the Odyssey Team we completed on schedule. A big thanks to Freya, James, Mitch and Darren who made it a good experience for us. Absolutely delighted.

Odyssey always give a fast efficient service. They respond quickly to any requests and their customer service is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

One of the most helpful companies ive ever dealt with. We are not a large contract to be had but none the less the team go above and beyond to assist (even if its not their area of expertise). Can not recommend them enough.

We used Odyssey to install our iinternet & phone lines on the MGT project at Teessport, from start to finish we recieved excellent service, very quick to respond to any faults which we have had only one which they was aware off and was very quick to fix the issue. The lads that installed it was very friendly and helpful. Luke Bowell always calls in the office to make sure everthing is ok when his visiting the site. Would highly recommend Odyssey

I met Louise at the Tees Valley Business Summit and she was so friendly and enthusiastic about how she could help us with our telephony issues. I immediately felt as if a weight had been taken off my shoulders. She came to our office and explained everything and looked at all the elements of our current service, even helping us to understand the bills and what we were being charged for.
When we visited the Odyssey offices, we were treated like one of the family, nothing was too much and their proposal was exactly what we needed but the fact that they do all the work for us,using their expertise and knowledge was a winning point for me.

Odyssey have been providing us with telephony, internet connectivity and other related service solutions for quite some time now, long before my time, so my review is based upon around 3-4 months of experience with them.

So far so good! They respond promptly to my queries and have been very helpful in resolving any issues.

We recently upgraded to an Odyssey leased line which went very well. The i's were dotted, the t's crossed and the whole process went pretty much seamlessly.

The most recent project Odyssey took on for us was an internal security system....without going into all the details, Darren & Josh worked tirelessly on the project, and even arranged to come back the next day when unexpected, unforeseen circumstances delayed completion!

Now that's what I call service 2018 ! :)

Other honorable mentions for their time, effort and patience with me over the past few months go to, Emma, Emma, Andrew, Alan, Lee, John, Jack, Chelsie, Mike & last but not least,the telephone engineer guy (sorry I forgot his name!). If I have missed anyone, I do apologise and be sure to say your name repeatedly on our next telephone conversation.

Excellent service from start to finish. My initial enquiry was dealt with very quickly and the engineer ( David ) that came out to us, called to advise when he would arrive, he arrived at the time stated! he was very helpful and is a credit to the company. Customer service was first class and he was happy to answer any questions I had. Thank you.

Odyssey set up and installed the internet connection and 4 No. routers for our site offices, the works were carried out to a high standard and their staff are always keen to help. Credit to Darren the engineer who worked tirelessly to ensure that the works were completed on time and Luke for ensuring we were provided the correct speed internet we required and for an excellent price.

Very good customer service and once the final frequency was determined there have been no issues with the service provided.

Chelsie handles the booking and arranged the teams overnight attendance at our branch so the service delivery of my teams day- to day IT element was not interrupted.
