DON'T select SFR
I had many problems with SFR. I'm going to explain you only one of them:
I cancelled my mobile contract in March 2017, I received Avis de reception on 27 March 2017, confirming that they had received my cancellation demand.
In June I checked my bank statement and I saw that I am still charged by SFR, so I called service desk and explained everything and they told me that they will call me back in 1 hour, but I received no call.
Some weeks after I again called service desk and re-explained everything and they said they are going to reimburse me. Some days after I received an email saying that my contract is cancelled; they actually cancelled my contract not in March but in Aug 2017!!!
After so many hassles today I could talk to someone in Service Resiliation and I re-explained everything and he told me that we can't do anything as the line was cancelled in August. I was really angry and I explained him that this is SFR error. Then he put me on hold and after some minutes he told me that yes I can see that we received the cancellation letter in March. Guess what, he told me that I should send another letter to Service Resiliation and ask for reimbursement!!!
DON'T select SFR, Most of the employees are impolite and the service is horrible as you can read above. And this is not the only story I have...
