Great food. However, not being allowed to see our final order until it arrives, not being able to have the options in front of us and having to do it all orally, just listening to someone makes it questionable as to what you are actually getting. I wanted to be able to sit down with a list of what we could get and have time to go through it, rather than the pressure to decide on the spot, just by listening.
As well, we did the payment plan. We were told it could be over 12 months and so signed. Payments started coming out higher than expected and when I called the credit company, they looked into it and said that Nutrafarms had been told they had to get me to sign a new paper with the 12 months specified in type or stick to the 10 months and Nutrafarms made the decision, on their own, to change my payment plan to 10 months. Without my knowledge! And didn't even have the decency to tell me about it after they had already made the change. Completely unacceptable.
Someone called me when my year was up to ask about renewing and when I told them what happened, the person agreed it never should have, but nothing was done to try to make it right or keep my business.

The meat products, packaging, and delivery is the best we ever had, I highly recommend Nutrafarms. And during these times of isolations due to the COVID-19 crisis, Nutrafarms has a safe easy way to order online with a sales rep. The delivery was spot on with the driver dropping the order to the door and on time as scheduled.

I love the products and the selections available. Service is excellent. Salespeople are knowledgeable, and professional. Customer service is great. They deliver as scheduled. This is my second year with Nutrafarms and I would recommend them highly.

There is a good variety of products. They are sealed fresh and so tasty. I seldom ate meat prior to using Nutrafarms.

I love their product and service. We get high quality meats everytime, with no added preservatives or colouring to our meats and veggies. Our meats don't shrink once their cooked because there are no added water for weight.

The service department resolves any concerns as quickly as possible. They are knowledgeable and courteous as are the delivery drivers. The product is as advertised for quality and taste. Substitutions are allowed to allow modifications to your preferences.

Our sales rep provides excellent recommendations and anytime I've had an issue with my order, it was corrected promptly.

The products were in the most part of very good quality, however the detergents have room for improvement as well as the customer service (sales promises, financing, and the rewards program). The quantity calculation has also to be improved/reviewed because we are only 2 persons, and most of the products are already gone.

The quality of the meat and customer service could not be better. I recommend them to everyone I know.

The frozen vegetables and fruit are all already freezer burnt. Meat is good though.

The meat is good, but for the price we are not impressed. One of the steaks had freezer burn, several of the packaging has has air in it. They have a warranty but I am not going to call each time I find one. We won't be ordering again.

Great meat, and excellent variety.

Our order was done over the phone which was great as we have a busy house hold so I enjoy doing it over the phone and it only took 10 mins! We have some things missing and extra things added to our order we didn’t want and we called customer service and they fixed everything and were very helpful. We are very happy with everything

Quality of meat pretty good. We were unhappy with some of the Pork. Sent pictures of how majorly fatty products were. They replaced our items. I was happy to know we have a return policy if not happy for 18 months. Might take us that long to eat it.

If I order again, I will have to reconsider buying the pork.

We feel that the quality of the food isn't any where near what the salesperson claimed it to be. We also feel that considering the quality it is very over priced.

The quality of meat is outstanding. The huge variety of cuts makes it easy to pick and choose preferred items. The delivery is timely and swift. Customer service for returns is painless. Despite the great service, the taste of the meat is what truly keeps us coming back.

The overall experience has been great. The quality of the food has been outstanding and it is also rewarding to know that we are supporting local farmers. If I were to make one recommendation, it would be to have a semi-annual ordering option as this would help with the large upfront cost and the ability to better distribute the portions received.

To many items were swapped for other things. Example we ordered french fries and got nothing but sweet potato fries and cubes way too many of them. We did say that we ate more pork than beef and chicken however the amount of pork that was given to us was outrageous to the point where we were sick a pork and we didn’t have enough chicken or beef. We ordered fish and did not get what we ordered. Consequently we have quite a bit of tuna and salmon in the freezer, which we are not eating. The frozen fruit was good. The chicken was good and also the steaks what little we got of them. The chicken wings were quite scrawny with very little meat. We have more ground beef, chicken and turkey than we know what to do with. My husband is not a complainer therefore he would not call you. All in all we were quite disappointed. I have to go to the grocery store to buy meat which is counter productive to the purpose of this endeavour. We got 6 months of decent food and are left with a large amount of sweet potato fries, cubes, ground meat and fish.

Javier was a very nice guy, very personable. He was probably the reason we placed the order. The delivery was great, and the food is definitely better than what is bought at the grocery store. i would definitely order again from Nutrafarms.
