This is probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a reconditioned pushchair/pram from their website and within days of use the seat unit fell sharply backwards, shaking & jolting my baby. I thought perhaps I had put it together wrongly so tried again but the same thing happened.
Speaking to their customer service felt like talking to a brick wall, but after repeated emails and phone calls they agreed to repair the seat unit. Once I had returned the unit, they demanded payment to send it back, saying they would destroy it if I didn't pay - I felt I had no choice. Upon fitting the returned 'repaired' seat unit, it fell backwards within minutes of being in use - again shaking & jolting my baby. I do not know if it had been repaired at all. All further attempts to contact them were ignored. I ended up reporting them to Trading Standards.
While poor customer service is bad enough, providing faulty, dangerous nursery items, which could have seriously injured my baby, is beyond reproach. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

I ordered a walker a week ago and the order still says processing payment. I had sent a couple of emails and tried calling the number mentioned on the website and there is no response for any of them. This is very annoying. I am still waiting for the status on my order.

Emailed and telephoned up to 10 times. Never had a reply about a fault on my pushchair. Terrible company!!! Quick to take your money and deliver, but vanish when you have a problem.

Purchased a petit star zia x, paid and not received only been a week but tried calling and emailing and zero response. My status has said processing now it says reversed without any explanation. For an award winning pushchair the customer service leaves a lot to be desired!! Just hoping my money is on it's way back to me if no buggy!

This was a perfect buy - taking the next step up from a baby car seat pushchair. The fact that the product was highly reduced due to it been a reworked model was great - the product arrived very quickly and apart from the odd marks that was expected for a reworked item the pushchair was in fantastic condition. The updates provided by the seller was great also. All round happy customer!!

The travel system is exactly as described and in perfect condition. With my first child I spend £400 on a travel system and stopped using it after 6 months because it was so bulky, moving on to a simple stroller. I sold it then and so I needed to replace it now I am expecting again.
I decided to take a risk and purchase the reworked petite star Aruba and I'm so pleased. It's a bargain, the colour is a vibrant red and it comes with all the accessories including a cosy toes foot muff. The car seat looks good and fairly flat for baby to sleep In on journeys. I'm really happy for £125

I have been trying to return a pushchair I purchase do still with no joy, as you need to fill in the form for a RMN number that after 5 days I still haven't heard any response.. I have also sent an email asking for help to get this but also still not response.. So please please please do not purchase for this site because no help on after care..

Fantastic deal, Zia pushchair arrived (in good time) and it was more than I expected with it being !reworked! yeah it had a couple of surface scratches but these were only noticeable at close inspection... The pram is sturdy and is as good as new... I could have bought this pram at full cost and caused the scuffs within a week my self. Bargain!! Wish I had known about this website earlier.

Recommended this site by a friend and I was really pleased to get a B rated buggy as I couldn't afford a new one. Once it came it seems brand new to me, couldn't fault it at all. Delivery was as promised and packaged well. Would recommend.

I didnt get a buggy in the end as the colour I wanted was out of stock but the customer care and refund (ordered a buggy then realised bit was pink not red ) was excellent.
Am keeping an eye on their website in case the other colours zias come back in stock.

Looked at all the reviews and ordered with the attitude of see if its too good to be true! However my order was dispatched the next day and delivered as promised, on opening the parcel I was really impressed at the quality I have received in my petit star evolve pramette. I am yet use it but cant wait for the arrival of my daughter to try it out. I have looked all over and found no marks, scratches or imperfections, came totally unassembled in new condition with everything I will need to transport my baby to keep her warm, comfortable and dry. Up to now would so recommend this company and defo buy again in future if i need to, fantastic price.

Thought it sounds great at first, pram arrived and logo faded, fantastic thought that was main issue until tried to push pram and wheel sticks at front so not really useable. Also comes with no raincover (reworked b) and I thought on websote it said it did!

Was not in when my two parcels arrived but they made sure left at side gate securely amd as it was raining yhey made sure the parcels were covered and dty for me comijg home.
I definitely recommend them for speedy service.

I ordered a reworked A travel system from this company. It took a couple of days to be dispatched, and a further day to reach me. There were broken parts on the system which prevented the wheels being attached, otherwise the whole system looked to be new. We decided that we would be quite happy if, rather than sending the whole thing back as defective, the company would simply send us replacements for the broken parts. This seemed a nice simple solution and I would have given this company five stars for their service and their ability to put things right. However, it took two weeks and another email in which I needed to reiterate my consumer rights before they actually bothered to send me the parts, two weeks of looking at my new buggy but being unable to use it. I really wished I'd simply asked them to take it back and requested a chargeback through my card issuer. Based on this experience, I may or may not use this company again (depending on what sort of offers they have) but I could not recommend them as a positive buying experience to others. I'm sure that had I not received broken parts, I would say that I was happy, but it when a customer gets problems that you really highlight the strengths and weaknesses of a company, and they showed their inability to quickly sort out issues and keep customers happy.
