I am a radio show host with my own radio station. I run my station from my home basement Studio. I also take phone call requests and I originally was using Skype to take my calls. Skype did not work out for me. My phone calls kept cutting out all the time. I recently learned about number Barn from another radio station friend of mine. I signed up and didn't know what to expect from the beginning. I've been working with the representative, Jenny Sue and little did I know, she really truly cares about my passion with the radio station. She gets back to my questions right away and helps with no worry about anything going wrong. She even called to make a request! That was a huge surprise but it really made my day. Jenny makes me feel like I'm not just some number customer. She truly cares about the quality of service she delivers. She makes it personal and has really blown me over on the customer service aspect of everything. It's been a great experience so far with no cutting out on the new phone service. I can safely interact with my request callers and not have to worry about them not hearing what I'm saying. I was told there would be no interruption of my phone service during the port process but I cannot receive any incoming calls or texts! Customer service emails back but they won’t release my # to AT&T and it’s stuck in the port process. I’m able to dial out and send/receive texts to people with AT&T but nobody else! This is a biz phone & I need this solved. I can’t call & discuss this and I’m just getting the run around from NumberBarn. UPDATE! Kylie with NumberBarn stepped in and handled the whole process. She was in constant contact with me and got it done even though AT&T was being difficult. Thanks Kylie!

They have an amazing support team Stan and Specially Kylie they are super helpful and very patient, and because of them i bought many numbers and I'm definitely going to buy more.

Found this company by doing my own research on the internet. Wanted to port my Home number so i could move forward and cancel my phone and services from Charter here in Massachusetts. NumberBarn employees were wonderful to work with all by e-mail-but they respond really quickly- in a true timely manner-even late at night for those of us here on the East Coast lol-Great! My problem was with Charter- I waited too long to request the port of my number (please give this great company: NumberBarn enough time to do the process). Be sure to read NumberBarn's directions for porting your number in from your current provider; send them a copy of your LAST bill with all the account, name, address etc. Charter is a bear: if one letter or one zip code number is off-they won't make porting easy. If i didn't cancel Charter that day-they were going to charge me another $$$$ billing cycle. Charter-so bad. Would absolutely use this porting/parking service again-and have told others about it!! It has been the great solution to having an international number and a US number that I did not want to lose while allowing me to have just one phone. The call forwarding plan is perfect for this. I also have to say this company responds immediately to any questions or concerns. I am very impressed. Jenny Sue was very helpful and friendly and solved my problem right away. Thank you!

I had difficulty understanding the basics and concepts of number ownership, porting out, call forwarding, and several other issues. At least 6-7 different staff members patiently answered questions until I had a full understanding. Worth much more than the very inexpensive price!

I posted a review for this great company way back in September of this year when working on starting my new company. Well, after a total mixup at my company's private mailbox service, I finally received a huge pile of late mail from them yesterday. In that pile of mail which was over 1.5 months old, was a handwritten thank you card from NumberBarn, signed by what looks like everyone in the company! Thank you's, well wishes and just all-around encouraging comments from Jenny Sue, Kylie, Monica... I hope I am reading all of these names correctly... Amanda, Matt R., Will, Jenny C., Kelly, Brian, Stan and I'm sorry, at least two more I am not sure of and don't want to guess their names. They also sent me two little "Love The Pig" stickers for my file cabinet! What did I say about NumberBarn in my first review? Well, you can look it up under WLP on September 24th, 2019. These people are just awesome and amazing and super friendly and like I've said before, really go the extra mile for their customers. I really appreciate their kindness and I am sorry I didn't find this card until now. They must have thought that I didn't care, but trust me I do. These people are the best and I want to wish all of them and their families a wonderful Thanksgiving today and Happy Holiday's in the weeks to come! In fact, I wish that to everyone here as well! Customer Service is non-existent. Only e-mail support is available, it takes days for someone to reply. No phone support (ironic). I have received no phone calls for 4 consecutive days (after averaging 30+ calls every day the prior month). Number Garage response (2 days later); "Can you provide examples of the phone calls you are not getting"? Seriously ??
No way to escalate support issues. They don't seem to care that customers have issues.
Unbelievably bad service.
Update: Number Garage finally replied to my e-mail (from 6 days ago). Their response " You need to log into Number Garage's Call Log section to view your calls. I provided a screen capture of the NumberGarage Call Log screen. I cannot attach it here. I'll update when they reply back to me next week,

This is just not a good company. Someone has used my number for over a year through another company despite I bought with this company... Also I'm being charged taxes for the month even after I just paid my taxes in full.... Very much just making stuff up as they go. It would be nice if you stop letting these prostitutes use my phone number though.

Responded in less than an hour, and helped me out even though what I apparently needed was to contact T-Mobile. They even looked up corporate and customer service phone numbers for me for T-mobile to help point me in the right direction. Jenny was very helpful and represents your organization well!

Great customer service! Had a major problem porting over with Xfinity and Stan joined me in a third party call with Tier Two level technicians at Xfinity for at least 30 minutes on the phone helping to figure out what the problem was. I think they got it resolved and hopefully it will finally port.
Great company to spend so much time for a 2 dollar a month subscription. Just shows you how they value the companies reputation. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent services and selections of phone numbers. Find you phone numbers on their website and they will guide you through the purchase steps. You can search the number you like and buy from them, which is really awesome. I recommend everyone to buy phone numbers from them if you tired of random numbers your carrier assigned to you. They also have great customer services, very helpful and responsive.
