I have been a big fan of their mobile phone cases for years. Used them for Iphone, 6, 8 and 11.
I have also always been met with help from a great customer service wich have always helped me and compensated my product when the level of quality may have been faulty or not done its job.

But lately I dropped my Iphone 11 from about 1 meter, with a Nudient case and screen protector on, inside my apartment and onto a wooden floor. This resulted in a crack in the screen protector and me as a customer very upset that the screen protector didnt hold its measure.

After complaining to the customer service of the poor quality, they didnt understand the problem and lack of quality. Instead they wrote that due to their policies they cant be hold acounted for any drop with their case or screen protector on. The only thing they could do was to give me 20% of on the next purchase.

Not buying Nudient any more!
