I am with Now TV broadband on the super fibre package.
Be warned if you are considering using this service. The WIFI is absolute garbage and the customer service is poor.
I am writing this within 5 ft of my box and has to use mobile date as the WiFi doesn't reach this far.
Have complained several times and was told a manager would call back. This was a week ago and still no contact.
Complained again but no rely yet ( this was 10 days ago)
Avoid this company at all cost if you value good WiFi and competent Customer service.

The worst browser I've ever seen in my life. Keeps asking you to sign in and you need to click on several hidden parts of the website before getting on the movie page. Way too many passages and not user friendly at all. Frustrating! Subtitles don't work. Ridiculous!

Ho Now Tv Smart Stick e fa pena. La piattaforma e buona ma il telecomando non serve praticamente a nulla. Si disconnette di continuo o si blocca. Per riconnettersi ci vogliono circa 5 minuti. Degli abbonamenti non ne parlimo poi... Per quello che offre non ha praticamente senso!

NowTV platform is very outdated. Does not work on browsers. PS4 app is very slow. On the other hand, their phone app is quite good. But who wants to be watching TV on a phone?? Maybe focus some of that effort where it matters? Given that they cost more than Netflix and Prime this service is just baffling. How they manage to exist is beyond me.

Fault on the landline has recurred. It requires OpenReach to fix and NowTV presumably are unable to arrange this because we have to re open the case every week. It is an endless saga of useless customer service.

Where do I start! Now TV what a bunch of liars, cheats & defrauding bunch of incompetent people.
Over 10 weeks ago I arrange a home move through there customer service department, on booking this service, I asked 3 times if my current phone number would be moved to my new house, which is in the same town, I was assured that this would be done.
The day came & our internet service worked on the day they stated, however, we had no phone.
Calls were made to them & they said that there was a fault on the line & BT Openreach had to attend.
2 weeks later, i called them again from my mobile phone, to be told that BT had not been able to fix it.
They would raise it with BT.
Weeks passed & still now phone, once again, from a mobile phone, i called them again.
On this occasion, I was told that could not move my number & that I would have to have a new one!
I went to explain that I was promised that my number would be transferred, and this was confirmed by the operator 3 times!
I also informed them that the phone number is connected to 3 businesses, websites & various advertising, there were also told of the costs to change all this, but they couldn't of cared less.
I asked if I could pay for my old number to be moved, but again they didnt care!
The only thing they said was I should of change providers if I want to take my number, at this point I reminded them that I asked on 3 occasions that they could move my number & you said yes!!
I was promised a phone call from senior management to resolve this issue.
A few more weeks passed & I called them again, again, they tried to fob me of with poor excuses, at this point, I requested under the freedom of information act, all transcripts of our phone calls.
As to date, I have not received these, nor have i had any contact from NowTV.
I have now started the process of complaining to OFCOM.
If anyone asked me to recommend this company, i would tell them to look elsewhere.
NOWTV have to be the worst company i have ever had to deal with, there contempt to not sort this issue out is unbelievable!!

Terrible customer service. Not enough grace as you'd expect from a big company. Waited a long time to get internet fitted for them to come and it not work. We then had to wait another ten days. Had 6 months free now TV entertainment pass- was charged for months afterwards whilst not realising. Wouldn't use again. Can't say they've done anything terrible or unlawful but they've left a bad taste in my mouth.

Avoid this company. Especially in Aberdeen. The NOW stick is prone to fail. Their Sales team do not provide any, and I mean any, support once they make their sale. Bon-Accord sales team in Aberdeen are awful. Today my NOW stick broke. I went to this group of salesmen in the Bon Accord Centre, Aberdeen where I bought my broadband/TV/phone package. They agreed it was the stick but then told me they could not give me a new one or a refund. Recommended I go to ASDA for a new stick. Probably the worst customer service I have had in a very long time. The person explaining this to me did not have the courage to look me in the eye when he was explaining this. I mentioned this to him and his colleague said they were not prepared to assist me any more. I admit that I had previously been so annoyed at their crap service that I swore at one of them. Today I was angry but avoided resorting to poor language. Avoid NOWTV in all shapes and go to a provider that has some kind of customer service because they certainly do not care. Their online support is non-existent and when you do get through they also cannot help.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. NOW TV fibre broadband went live on 22/05/19. Constant problems with intermittent connection; phone line constantly stops working altogether; very low broadband speeds.
All of my previous ISP's were providing a good service with no service issues.
MY ADVICE: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. Total failure to respond to, or resolve, customer complaints. Hours wasted on phone calls to NOW TV. Incompetent staff. No customer service whatsoever. Matter still not resolved after more than 6 months!

Shocking customer service - called number to discuss a Black Friday offer running that I had been emailed about but wasn’t working - was told they couldn’t do anything on the phone and I had to use the online chat. Used online chat and got nowhere - chat then disconnected and problem not resolved. Do not use this company - I am cancelling this and moving to a different provider

Did not connect TV hub or activate TV package... Cancelled asked for WiFi usage and phone usage for the period... Which believe me was not even a month... Had money taken the month before from my bank account while still a Talk Talk customer for Now TV when I was not even connected to any of their TV packages. They will not provide an itemised bill for phone or WiFi usage... Will not give me a business bank account to pay into... And are fully aware they are losing their customers... The thing that bothers me is them not having a UK based business account you can pay into...

What a bad broadband provider. Been without internet over a month. Customer services rang numerous times over same issue and still not resolved. Engineer book twice and failed to turn up. As to date still without broadband. Just wish id never gone with this company. Avoid like the plague

Was going to change to now tv- Broadband- but after reading reviews and calling to find it takes ages to get through, 20 mins or more. And no live chat working last night either , i have decided not to go with them. Sort yourself out now tv, get better customer service and services or else you will haemmorage new and existing cutomers.

I have never ever worked with a company this awful that basically has a list of people they blame to blame to blame it's like everybody is a goat just for Blame It drives me mad I have problems with voices in my head when I speak Now TV all my voice is arguing with me I have tried to cancel my account since January and they still take money my box stopped working they didn't give a damn and I have to constantly get a refund from Halifax of the money they taken even though I've changed my cards my card numbers they have a way of doing it because it's through visa and visa need to sort their bloody this sort of thing out god it makes me mad I'm ill with voices in my head 11 illnesses broken spine and this is all I need it wouldn't be so bad if they sent me out of bloody new box but they don't signing off Francis Ward Shrub End Colchester send me a new bloody box please

It would be nice to speak to anyione at NowTV. It appears the only time they are keen to answer the phone is if you would like to buy something or pay them money So I've been waiting on two different phone numbers with them or 35 mins, still no reply The advice on their recorded message is go to online help. So I did that and after going round many houses, their chat line also doesn't work. Pretty much like the rest of their business. Totally disgusted. I finally spoke to their customer service people, who although very nice were not any use at all!

Waiting to hear back from complaints team so will update after hearing more however, cancelled on the day my free pass was due to expire. They apply time restrictions to this as well which is not stated anywhere in their terms and conditions. It was also not stated in any of the emails received by nowtv.
Please be advised that you will need to cancel your free passes by the exact time you opened the account. So if you opened it at 19:30 - you'll need cancel it by 19:25 within 7 days.
I was offered a refund by one of the staff but given the severity of hiding information in order to take advantage of customers - my queries were escalated to complaints.
UPDATE 13.06.19: Heard back from one of the team members who informed me that he has processed a refund (I will have to wait to see). I'm saddened that there is no resolution as yet about the "missing info".
EDITED 12.08.19: Company has not provided evidence that this issue is being addressed. I have however recieved a few offers of a free month pass to their entertainment ment package. Sadly I have had to keep an eye on my emails as they keep trying to close the complaint.

I tried to sign up for broadband but was unable to proceed as I do not have a mobile number. I tried to make contact using on line chat where I was initially no 2 on the list then no 1 but after watching most of Judge Rinder and some of Tennable I gave up and tried to make contact via the web form. For the webform they require my e-mail address and a password. To have a bloody password an account is required. I will now be checking out Trustpilot for reviews of other broadband providers.

Don't fall for their disgusting cancellation SCAM of requiring FOUR separate cancellation confirmations and a written reason why per each pass to leave their low quality streaming 720p DVD quality dump of a service. Don't fall for this cancellation scam if you sign up for their trial. A total of 20 clicks to leave, and I'm sure millions raked in from unwary consumers not used to dealing with SkyTV/NowTV anti-consumer practices of the last few decades.

They say if a deal is too good to be true it usually is.This has been my experience with Now TV. We were attracted by the sale deals they had including TV, phone line & broadband-wow I thought brilliant!
In truth they are very very hard to contact, couldn’t find an email address and finding their “chat” system was another feat! We were promised that there was no need to order these services before 14 days before you move so we waited and ordered to have it installed in our new house. We depend on having a phone in the house as my wife has several serious health conditions-do they care? No! . We are still waiting for connection and they are blaming it on open reach. The estate we've moved into had telephone lines put in during the construction process & all they need to do is connect our line at the junction box. Their right hand doesn’t know what their left hand is doing.
When I eventually was able to call them their customer service team they have been nothing but rude,unhelpful and a waste of time.
I would not recommend this company at all!
