Novi Construction Ltd – Defective work
Issue: Serious defective work on house extension.
Surveyor report quote - Floor build incorrectly. Inadequately prepared to receive tiling. Had to be rebuild and resilience removed and reconstructed and firm substructure installed and floor strengthened. Significant work and cost.
Company did not pay for remedial work and had to employ another building company.
Company to-date, still has not paid, been chasing for nearly a year, Ignored court judgment for money; High Court Sheriff’s; even ignored all letters from solicitor!
New company set up this year - Rocko Construction, appears to be Novi Construction rebranded - with same contact person who was a Director at Novi Construction - new Facebook page with old Novi photos on, new Website with old Novi Construction project jobs on and copy; address is home address of Novi Director - its on companies house), same phone number etc.
