I purchased what was supposed to be a light weight coat and instead got a cheap polyester item. I can't believe the reviews it had. They must have been fake. I returned the items to China December 12th and 3 months later still do not have a refund. I guess I shouldn't hold my breath!

I purchased what was supposed to be a jacket and received a light weight "polyester" jacket that looked like a 3rd grader had sewn. I contacted them and asked about returning and was told they would give me a 10% discount and made the return so difficult that no one would want to go through the work. This is a company in another country and I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from purchasing from them.

I ordered a soft jacket that was suppose to be apricot. Many weeks later I received a light cream colored think polyester jacket/coat! I will never order from here again!

I love novelovely. I've been shopping with them for some months now, most of the time they have good quality clothes for good prices. I have had a few hit or miss on the clothing sizes but most items if measured correctly do fit. There was an instance where two of my items were not delivered and I did receive a full refund for both items within two days after completing a customer complaint ticke

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Clothing arrived a month after ordered and it wasn't at all like the maerchandise they advertised on their website. Tried to return it and they said I had to pay the shipping to China. Order cost me $78 and the shipping was going to be $35+. I decided to donate the clothing to charity and NEVER shop their again. Total scam and rip off!!

Ordered 3 sweaters that are suppose to be extra long and fluffy. Took one month to get the items and when received them the 2xl looked like a small and it came above my knee. I always use paypal and I opened a dispute. I paid $79.97 for 3 sweaters and they offered me $7.80 to resolve the issue. I turned this offer down are they crazy. I will continue the dispute through paypal.

I ordered 3 jackets that were buy 2 get one free.... if it sounds too good to be true...well you know.
It took over a month to receive and as soon as I saw them I knew... the material was so thin and flimsy their was no way this could look like it did in the display picture. It was not even close to true to size and to return it was futile.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY,

The dress I ordered was straight crap it was nothing like the picture showed it looks like an oversized t-shirt it was not even close to a sweater dress the material was super thin and see-through there was nothing sweater about it and the arms and neck were spandex. that is not what I ordered and then they refuse to give me a refund except for 30% I paid $28 and I got refund of $8 and they take forever to message you back do not order from this company their stuff is trash.
