Bought a Notebook for over 1.600€ (!!) that came in a destroyed Packaging (Previously violently opened and amteurishly taped back together the carton pieces). Not obious for the guys at dispatching!? The response to my complain was to hand me a 30€ Voucher for my next order.
Ok, the box has been opened before. Strange coincidence that this high end product has some display errors after a short time. No protective foils like usual seen on the product. The Laptop is sold as new but apprently has been used by someonelse before. So, after using it a short time, I deleted all files and personal data to send it back to the service center of Dell now, even though I desperately need it for work. Great productive way to spend your time.
For me it seems like the company sends around defect products to find a client that takes malfunctioning products without complaining. All just because I wanted to support a shop that is not Amazon...not recommended at all!!

Der Karton war nicht eingerissen, es waren offensichtliche spuren einer gewaltsamen Öffnung zu sehen und ganze stücke des Kartons abgerissen, die mit tesafilm zusammengeflickt worden waren. Ich hatte eine neue Verpackung bzw einen Ausgleich der Wertminderung verlangt, woraufhin nach kurzer Verhandlung und Ablehnung Ihres 30€ gutscheins die 30€ ausgezahlt wurden. Der Defekt muss dann wohl ein seltener Zufall gewesen sein, aber dann erklären sie doch bitte wieso so offensichtlich beschädigte Ware versendet wird. Des Weiteren könntet Ihr einen Austausch anbieten und selbst die reperatur organisieren, anstatt dass ich nun warten darf bis das gerät analysiert und eventuell repariert wird

This review is in regards to packaging. I recently bought a I9 cpu, the packaging used to protect a 500 euro cpu was minimal and I was lucky that no damage was received (upon first inspection) during delivery. An A4 cardboard sleeve contained 1 A5 bubble wrap bag with the cpu sitting inside.
It would not take much to cause damage, maybe a review of this is neccesary. On all other accounts (ordering and delivery) so far top notch.

I've bought laptop from MSI from them. Few months it was working fine, then the screen and RGB lighting stopped working. So I have to send them into warranty repair. Then the nightmare started! After 1 month I've got the laptop back and now camera stopped to work and the RGB lightning wasn't even repaired. I had to ship the laptop there again. I was again 1 month without it, and when received camera was fixed, but RGB lighting still not!
They don't want to replace the laptop with new one or return the funds!
They are hiding their mistakes with excuses as "they can't reproduce the issue".
Stay away from this shop!

The worst service I’ve ever seen! The only thing an online shop has to do is providing online service and answering phone properly so they can help their customers but not only they don’t have the most basic service, but also their employees are so rude and answer you with „ it’s not our problem“!
If you can’t run a business properly then don’t try to present yourself as one!

Everything was in order. I placed my order and waited the predicted time. Sadly my order was defective and the last one they had. I called costumer support and they where really helpful. I had to send my order back (in the initial condition) and got my money back in record time. This shows that these guy listen to the issues that the clients have and try to fix them. I don't believe this was my luck, because i don't have any.

The worst experience ever. I bought an ASUS laptop because I needed it asap for my job. After three months, suddenly the USB ports stopped working (I did not move the laptop from my desk in all this period, so was clearly a manufacturing defect). They did not accept to return it, so I accepted a second identical one. I was testing it in the store, and while configuring it suddenly the screen become dark. The salesman recognized that the whole series of the product were with problems, but instead of giving me the money back, they said that They have the right to execute the guarantee, which means that they can spend 6 weeks to repair the manufacturing defect. To sum up, I cannot work during all this period, so I’ll need to buy another laptop.... this is insane!!!!!!

Really bad customer service and processing time.
It takes on average 2 days (2 whole days) for me to receive an answer from the customer service department.
I have ordered a laptop 1 week ago and my payment transfer has not been processed yet. Since it takes so long for them to answer i dont know what happened with my money, whether its still being processed etc...

It's the fourth time that the repair took up to 10 weeks. Once, there was a failed repair and I had to pay for the repair of this failure anyways.
Do not buy your notebooks or smartphones there.

I posted my review on this company on December 11th, telling of the enormous hassle in all aspects of ordering and cancelling that order, and I still have not received a refund of my money that was transferred on the 7th of November. I have sent the proof of the transaction from my bank after having had to pay for an investigation of why this company kept claiming they hadn't received the money, and at least three times, I sent proof of payment from me having been received by this company. Their accounting department miraculously discovered that they had indeed received money from somebody, of the account specified, and they apparently discovered this directly after I posted negative reviews on the internet to draw attention to what is either gross inefficiency or alarming dishonesty. And still, I have not received my reimbursement after cancelling my order. I paid on November 7th, and asked for a refund and cancellation on the 26th, they confirmed it would be given, on the 27th, and now, on December 20th, I have still not received the remittance. After continually ignoring the proof from my bank of an investigation number and a successful transaction with their bank, and then even after their accounting department allegedly suddenly discovered the money after negative reviews highlighting their inefficiency, I am still waiting. They have received my money and are not returning it.

Spent almost 2k EUR on a gaming laptop which was, according to them, VR ready, and an Oculus Rift unit.
Spent one week trying to get them to work together, as well as almost 150 EUR on adapters, cables, etc. Neither the laptop support nor oculus support could help me. Decided to return the oculus since I found out it didn't work with other really compatible computers.
They took almost TWO WEEKS to reimburse me the money and send me a new one, which I asked be sent to a packet station!
Best part is... IT HAS NOT ARRIVED TODAY 03.11.2018 as it was supposed cause, according to the DHL delivery person, the "box was too big to fit in the packet station". So, why do you even give me the choice to use DHL packet station if the box is too big? I even contacted their support to ask if the packet could be sent to my home, to which they answered there was nothing they could do, that i should WAIT till monday. I know two days does not seem like so long, but when you have been waiting for weeks it actually is.
It has been almost a month since I ordered the laptop and original rift, and still has not been hable to use them and the only thing they can do is tell me to wait it seems. I even do not know if the new oculus will work with the laptop they say is VR ready.
Bottom line, I hope everything works so I never have to buy from them again.

I am extremely unimpressed with this company right now. I attempted to order a laptop for my daughter overseas, and attempted to pay by credit card several times, but it seems their system wasn't capable of processing an order to ship within Germany while using a Canadian bank card. Bizarre and inconvenient. So instead, I paid by bank transfer, as that was another option. I paid on the 7th of November, and received a receipt of my order, suggesting that all was well. I wasn't informed of anything else further at all for days—no shipping confirmation, nothing—and so I spoke to this company for assistance, wondering why there was no news at all after what should have been a straightforward transaction. They sent messages that had clearly been put in an automatic translator, and the meaning of which was a bit garbled. I spoke to people on an online chat and on the phone, and eventually had to discover through other means entirely that this company had not included, in the receipt price, the fee of a third, essentially invisible bank they used in the transfer. So, the final price I had paid was exactly what was on the receipt, but because of this unforseen and unmentioned additional third bank's transfer fee, it was suddenly insufficient. However, my money had absolutely been transferred—it was not in my account, and the transaction had gone through. And still, this company was claiming they hadn't received the money I sent. I was forced to deal with my own bank, paying for an investigation to see where the money I had paid had gone, and this is how I discovered the existence of the third invisible bank in this exchange. In order to receive the product I'd ordered in the usual manner, with the usual visible fee on the order form, I would've had to then pay an additional transfer fee to that third hidden bank, as well as extra money to make up for what was carved away from the agreed-upon, visible fee, by that bank the first time. These hidden charges, in addition to the investigation fee I had to pay my own bank to find out what was going on, meant I suddenly was faced with significantly higher costs than I'd signed up for. I'd originally chosen this website for the relatively good prices it offered, but after these losses, it had become outrageous. I informed this company of my bank's investigation number on the 23rd November, and continually attempted to keep in touch, and ask them for basic efficiency and for our transaction to be honoured, but they achieved nothing. They only said they could “extend the payment period”, however the fee originally paid was the agreed-upon price on the receipt, and unforeseen charges were not a part of that deal, and I was not about to be forced to pay charges that nobody had been upfront about on transaction forms. My bank discovered that the German bank account I sent my money to, for the order from this company, definitely received the money I sent, but I wasn't about to pay obscene amounts just to get the “bargain” that was no longer a bargain. So, on the 26th I finally gave up and cancelled the order and asked for a refund, and on the 27th, the company contacted me to say that “the remittance had been arranged, and the amount would be credited to my account in the next few days.” Here we are, it's the 11th December, and I still don't have my refund. I am also short the money paid to investigate this shady transaction, and the money from the transaction itself. My bank informed me the intended bank in Germany absolutely received the money I paid. I have sent the details of this investigation to this company three times already. They have the official proof from RBC that the German bank received money from my account, and after I checked with them again about if they were even doing anything about this, they said they were going to forward the information and “hope to resolve this matter soon so we can refund you fast” but that was five days ago. I supplied them with proof of the payment being received by their bank. My money is missing. As far as I can see, this company is dishonest and thieving. I am extremely displeased, but all I ask is that action is taken by them to resolve this and refund me the money I've now been missing for over a month, which their bank was proved to have received.

Ordered a notebook online (not available in the shop) they didn t send it in the next two weeks, so the PayPal payment was no more valid.
After that they asked for another payment, but because my PayPal account is not german, they said that they were not able to change the delivery destination to Germany.
I have no doubt that NoteBooksBilliger is a good and serious Company, but if you incur in a problem, the Customer Service is managed by young people, and they are really not interested (not at all) to solve your problem, but they answer you always in stupid and sometimes arrogant way.
In my case they could only to resend the request to PayPal, but they didn t want to do; I accepted to resend the payment and after that they had only to change the destination address, but again they didn t want to do.
Yes, at the end i got back my money (doppel payment - about 1500€), but after more than one month ...
I bought at the end from another site.
Buy in the shop, not online ...

On the UPS link they gave me, the computer is not yet sent. But on notebooksbilliger account, it is sent.
I am waiting for 6 days and don't know how long i have to wait, don't know if they will ever send it.
Edit: Customer Service was no help and I had to spend 20 euros talking to them..........
