I ordered nails from Not a Babe on June 3rd... one month later I sent an email as I had still not received my nails, then I receive a call from someone at Not a Babe and the girl was incredibly rude. She was like don't you know we're in a pandemic ?? Of course you will get your nails be patient, don't leave a bad review are you kidding me? Her attitude was horrible. She even said it is not our problem, it is the post office, we gave them the package so you don't need to get mad at us, it is their fault. But the tracking they give is not specific at all. It continues to say in transit and thats all. It has now been 5 weeks. Finally she said she would contact the post office, but since she did that I haven't received any news. She yelled at me saying I should be more understanding because of the pandemic, but when your site says 5-8 business days, I expect max maybe 16 in a situation like this. But it has been 5 entire weeks (25 business days). This is ridiculous, but I am even more furious with how the customer service had an attitude and called me after I sent an email to figure out if this website was a scam or if I would ever receive my package. I assumed as there was free shipping for France, that the nails were being shipped from France, but with how long it is taking I am assuming they are coming from China, which would have been nice to know when I purchased them. I don't often buy things from China as I feel the quality is lower. So I have still not received my nails, just an incredibly rude phone call and no update on where the nails even are. They could at least have better tracking if it is going to take months to come, so I could at least see if they are getting closer. I am sure I will receive another rude phone call if the company sees this post, but I am furious !
