I have been with Norton for10 years. £85 renewal payment made 2 months ago. Email from Norton telling me to update to their new product as I now had no protection as they had uninstalled me. Update failed and I contacted Norton. Wasted 4 hours being passed from one adviser to another. None could solve the problem. I found Uninstall and reinstall site and tried to reinstall which failed and it stated that my Vista system now incompatable with the revised Norton360. Contacted Norton again and got nowhere. Told to buy a new laptop as mine is too old to update to Windows10. Refused any refund. Still getting daily notices telling me to update. Dreadful customer service.

I have used them for over 10 years on all my PC's and paid no more than £20 per year. They just sent me and email to say they had just taken £69 out of my account. Never ever again shall I use them. They must think we are all stupid or so rich that we don't mind what they charge. It will take me a week to come off the boil over this.

Never again will I use this Norton rip off security. I bought this product last year at £14.99 and was told by e-mail they would contact me before the renewal date, to tell me this is about to happen unless i canceled. Last Friday I received an e-mail telling me that I had been automatically charged for renewal £59.99 and that this transaction had already taken place. (breaching there own terms/conditions) I tried calling but alas nobody answers there phones and so I will have to report to trading standards for this breach of contract. but please be warned this is a rip off company just like so many others. (rip off Britain) will e-mail watchdog also I think and police fraud action line.

Norton security which I do not have and have not for years charged my credit card unauthorized by me or husband. It took hours placing calls and emailing them. They agreed to half refund and the balance would go to the renewal that would expire in 2019. We already have security on our computers not about to pay for another. They agreed to return all the money (which is great) but this should not have happened in the first place. Check your charges on your accounts.

Last year I purchased Norton Security online. However it crashed my computer...but cost almost £70. So I contacted Norton by email and got nowhere. So £ 69.99 for nothing. This year they took another £69.99 without asking , I hade already contacted them I don't want their product, again. I have sent 4 emails , but they cant be bothered to get in touch and have kept my money. I have not used their product. So £ 139.98 for nothing except crashing my computer...............Be very careful they don't like returning your money even if their product was no use to you and you cant use it.

I took out a 2 year contract with this company. BIG mistake. This last year I've had to go to their tech support time after time. They used the 'remote help' 7 times but not only didn't they sort out problems but in 2 cases I found problems that hadn't been there before.
UPDATE: I didn't think it could get worse but it has. Never manage to use pc for more than a few minutes before it at least freezes temporarily and at worst drives me nuts when I can click on something - anything - and it sits there for 10 seconds/10 minutes/longer and the only option I have is to switch it off at the socket. and start again. and I've done that dozens of times.
I paid a LOT of money to this company and despite their 'efforts' they've totally failed me. I cannot afford to replace my pc but would like to be able to use it!!
Getting in touch with anyone at Norton is almost impossible. I've wrestled with trying clicking one section of the 'help' window or another to try to get somewhere that will lead me to - ideally - a real person. Failed every time.
THEY DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR. IF YOU'RE THINKING OF GOING WITH THEM........................PLEASE THINK AGAIN. I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE HAVING ALL THIS FRUSTRATION DAY AFTER DAY.
If you're thinking - why doesn't she save up and replace the pc or go with another company - the answer is can't afford to replace (anyway they should be stopping all these problems before they get to me - that's what I paid for) and answer to other worry is how do I know which other security company will be better!! Wish I knew.

It’s nice to find a site that is very quick in sending their emails. I honestly like the service at Nortonsecurity.org. Its computer security products are already nice. Offering them at a low cost is one reason why they have a lot of happy customers like me.

Good thing I listened to recommendations. The customer support at Nortonsecurity.org is exceptional. All my questions were answered right away. The computer security software was easy to install and I was able to use it immediately.

The security software from Nortonsecurity.org met my expectations. It was good. It did a great job. But if the site didn’t offer it at a low price, I would have hesitated. Thanks for allowing budget-conscious people like me to own such a nice AV.
