Just returned from 4 days skiing trip in St Anton arranged by Nortlander. Very disappointed with the description of the hotel (Hotel Edelweiss) in Nortlander’s advertising material vs. the quality of the hotel on ground;
- Room for skiing gear was unlocked for the whole period (broken door) and was very dirty with no cleaning during our stay (full of stones from the outside)
- Heater for our skiing boots was broken
- Steam bath in the wellness area did not work
- Doors and windows could not be properly locked
- Kitchen could not serve warm meals and thus we had to have dinner at a different hotel
- Poor cleaning of our room (bathroom was not cleaned properly)
- Restroom at the breakfast restaurant was out of function
And worst part is that when we complained, the feedback from Nortlander can best be described as indifferent (to put it nicely). Definitely not traveling with this travel agent again!

We had a great trip to Zell am Ziller and had a really good experience with the crew on the destination. We travelled 5 families with 8 kids below the age of 5 so the guides gave us the help we needs to get everything sorted out with skiing lessons etc.

Great vacation. Transport worked fine and nice hotel. Don't have the need for using the guides but worked fine when we arrived at the airport, in the city where we were transported to our hotel. Same when we left,

We are a group of 5 returning, happy, Nortlander guests in Ischgl.
Actually we WERE happy returning Nortlander guests.
This was the fourth season in a row that we booked our skiing holiday in Ischgl with Northlander. Always the same hotel, alway approximatly the same price.
This year, our regular hotel was already fully booked, so Nortlander offered us hotel Sylvia. As it was the same price we always pay, we presumed, it would also be the same quality.
Well, we presumed WRONG.
Rooms were below standard, breakfast was spartan, dinner ineatable and staff completely inexperienced.
At dinner there was absolutely no alternative for the pregnant woman in our company and 50% of what was served was raw salad and meat (mostly red).
When we wrote a mail to Nortlander with the kind request to be partially refunded for this HUGE difference in quality, they just blew us of.
Their argument was that we could not compare a more expensive hotel with the one we got.
More expensive ? The previsious years, we even payed slightly less for their 'more expensive' hotel.
So if I have to grade an organisation on the way they solve problems, Nortlander just flunked.
Not so happy, probably not returning guests.

Nortlander offers a wide selection of destinations at reasonable prices. We chose to travel to Sauze d'Oulx in the Italian alps.
The agency's staff were friendly and helpful, but not pushy. They understood that we were on vacation to ski, and made proposals for excursions and outings, which were optional not obligatory.
The short transport time from Turin airport was an advantage. The Hotel Sauze had clean rooms, friendly and service-minded staff, good food, and a fine location near the slopes and lifts.
We travelled with two children, 9 and 12, and as far as we could ascertain, they were the two youngest in the hotel. Still, every morning, all four of us were up everyday at 7 AM to have an early breakfast before being at the lifts when they opened. This may not be some people's idea of a relaxing vacation, but as far as skiing is concerned, one couldn't ask for more appropriate behavior. We will seriously entertain Nortlander again for next year's vacation.
Finally, I must tip my hat to Nortlander, as they successfully engineered six straight days of brilliant sunshine. Thank you for that.
