Here we go again. Why didn't I switch to another company last year? Because the service improved after the holidays, but Nordnet are up to their annual tricks again. Satellite internet access cut off over ten times an hour, chats leading to "guaranteed" call backs by technical staff never materialise, At least this year I'm getting an email to apologise every time they fail to call! Generous but does nothing to help. Shambles is not the word for it. They don't appear to have sufficient bandwidth to give anything like a reasonable permanent service, insufficient staff to cope with problems.. Disgraceful company, Last year I stopped payment to them and negociated refunds but that doesn't compensate for the frustration and waste of time. What's the alternative? I'm looking elsewhere. . Meanwhile I suggest you do too.

If you want your money out again - go somewhere else. Ordered transfer to from Nordnet to my bank account 25.09. Now 22.11 still no transfer has happened even funds have been withdrawn from the Nordnet account. And they blame a technical problem... really trustworthy for a company handling your money. Customer service is slow, and seem not to really care.

I think Nordnet is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is non-existent. We have Internet by satellite in France. We pay over 100 euros per month for a service that is practically unusable. At the moment we have speed tests varying from 0.5Mbs to 2mbs. Even their technician had to call us back on our mobile because the telephone over internet was so poor he couldn't hear us. We spent over an hour on the phone with him at the end of which we were told someone would ring us next morning, that was 3 days ago, we are still waiting. I decided to try to spur them on a bit and contacted them by Twitter attaching a copy of the latest speed test. They responded asking me to message them my client number. This must have just been idle curiosity because they have done nothing with it. That was two days ago. We are still waiting for them to contact us. I am going tomorrow to sign up for Internet over the telephone line. I know that it will be slow but no slower than we are getting now and the cost will be about a third of what we are paying Nordnet.
