Bought a Ballerina posturebandage, recieved it fairly fast - tried it on, concluded that it did not fit, so I returned it to Sweden.
Nordicare said that it had been used and would not refund my money, therefore NordiCare shipped the bandage back to me.
The Ballerina posture bandage does not support posture - that is first of all why it was returned - it does not do what it is supposed to do. But that a company lies about the product being used is straight up awful customer service. I will advice everyone to not take the chance and look for other bandage retailers with a fair customer service.
I tried to contact customer service, the sales manager, and finally the CEO got an e-mail too... so I did everything to argue that I am not the person to blame, I have not used it, yes, I tried it on outside my clothes - but little does customers know until they are in the situation, so do not take the chance with this company - you do not get a refund.
