I am a new customer for them and made two orders. One of the orders has been stuck in my country (India) and after repeated and multiple follow ups I haven't got any satisfactory response. The chat window works whenever it wants to and Emails are always read without any response.
They are stuck with their Logistics Partner DHL and DHL takes them for granted and in turn they take the customers for granted as the payments are upfront (Nobody can contest on that).
But "Buyer Satisfaction" does not exist in their dictionary. I am in a fix whether to place a new order or not as the overall attitude seems to be (Mixed with Racism and Arrogance) we have the goods, we have been in business for so long and you are a nobody for us. It is our way or the HIGHWAY.

They sent me merchandise I did not order along with a bill then will not respond to emails and messages. I have sent six messages via their website in the past month, also communicated via live chat (someone named Janka) who said she would get back and never did. I had a very favorable impression of them until this happened. I want to return what I received but want to clear this with them first. They are just too big to answer me to discuss this. I would NOT recommend them! They lost a good customer!
